Just my suggestions as a lowly member.
Theme: Discord plug at site top+bottom and change up News table to include staff bar/recent posts perhaps.
Make a pin/guide channel for people like Reesaka (tho he's elsewhere) or whoever for what they have to do.
New forum events.
Change Pirate Nation theme cuz easily searched even if test. Change Strawhats banner/forum pics.
New GFXer permanent, tho new theme looks good need on-hand.
Forums: Un-announce un-sticky those in archives to add 3 stickied topics with the same title giving a guide to search through archives. Red title "READ THIS FOR ARCHIVES SEARCHING" perhaps. Another stickied topic with links to all those un-announced un-stickied.
Move Baltigo and make it different since it perma-stucks the people who went there actively.
Old RP forums to archives with new pictures, add in New World in Sabaody (change it's picture). Baltigo into New World (it doesn't say it's not in canon). In fact, all forums can just be New World at this point. Just make Skypeia into "Sky Islands".

Skillset buffs to make it so people WANT to re-register skillsets instead of having to go through archive.
To actually aspire: O how about open up World's Greatest for non-alts or current chars at B or A but with better bonuses and a system to work up to overthrowing them. Combat ones start at 8 Speed that will never be refundable and Advanced Ken or Buso.
Zoans: O and got an idea for people to actually want Zoans since literally anyone can just register a skill for their bonus. Bold or make big letters something like: "Zoans that have base stats within 1 of an opponent's base will ALWAYS be considered higher no matter what the opponent buffs to or debuffs the Zoan to. This bonus can be used on one stat per topic but can change if others enter topic". Apply that to Mythical Zoans too as they're just a gimmick people give up on currently. It's unlikely that Kaido as a Myth gets no bonus.
Additionally, Common Zoans get a free skill that is similar to Rokushiki in that the skill has a natural stat. For example, a turtle can have a shell with "5" Endurance. A Bison can have 5 Strength. Predatory Zoans or Ancient Zoans get Intermediate skillset and "6" Perception that counts toward total.
