Character: Same race/physique as Dev but a Marine. Stats are the same as Dev as well.
Skillset: Arm's Vault Dev's skillset Intermediate all same skill levels as Dev, Electro portions replaced with Rokushiki's Geppo/Soru/Tekkai through same magic merging.
Items: Same as Dev. Except made use of time at Skypeia and has Flash Dials/Ball Dials/Impact Dials with stored Power from currently available Bounties. These'll replace Dev's stuff at my discretion. O ya and guns or w/e+a thing like a pile bunker like a gun. Obv I'll pick what spawns and can't unrealistically run weighted. The tots mysterious Dials are Kipper Dale 2 Impact Dials 5 Power, Big Baby 2 Impact Dials 6 power. 2 each of the other dials.

Being born on Zou meant that the majority of Devroux's life was spent within the Grand Line, be it Paradise or the New World. This was just a fact of life for him, but his rough-and-tumble lifestyle meant that this mattered little to him - in fact, it was more welcomed than anything else. Yet, even though most of his time was spent between the Red Lines, there were few occasions where he was forced to visit the Blues. At this current point in time he had been forced out of his comfort zone to visit Loguetown, the town of marines. There was an anti version of him here, somewhere, requesting a fight.

His black wings and fur made him stand out much too easily among the humans of this island. The mink simple sat atop the execution platform, waiting patiently for his mark to come. Expanding the reach of his Kenbunshoku Haki, Dev searched the area for the killing  intent required of someone willing to fight him .

OOC: Well, let's begin with no folk pretending they know site rules. I wouldn't expect people to point out for you all your skills are nerfed. Oh, I'm putting 10 Doriki into Willpower. Unfair? Eh nah I took a look at your posts and you never use Doriki. THAT'S NOT VERY SAFE DEV-CHAN. I'm not sure when you edited your post to add in armor or things but that edit's fine with me. Don't be mad I post long time after when you didn't want 48 hour rule. By the way I don't think you understand how small Execution Platform is and if this was a normal Location: ___ fight you sitting while in arm's reach is ill-advised equal stats or not.

Spoiler:
Battle of Fun: Temp vs. Devroux Cf851107dd12c2dec43a8abac743a461c675c821_hq

Sometimes Temp wonders why his character's been described to look like a horse-weenie bodied hero rather than godly. Well, Temp fully matches the appearance of Devroux anyway besides having lipstick or other creepy feminine features Devroux might have. In addition, Temp wears a black cloak and smiley mask that makes normal people not creeped out by him or think he's Devroux. It'll be cloudy all week at all times so Temp and Devroux should have no issues seeing at their best the entire time rather than having bat thing weaknesses. Temp's always on guard in this world where his superior attributes give a superior destiny to normal people. Even this weird mink Temp doesn't look for a fight everywhere, expecting to know the unknown people, but he looks SUPER GUARDED.

RIGHTO, Temp might want to fight Devroux because he's some shitty copy but he wouldn't know much besides that. Anyhow, this anti-furry Temp had gone about his day as normal. He'd noticed that for some reason his Impact Dials were lower in Power than normal. WOOPS, Temp hopes people he taught didn't think they had a grasp on things. Man, being at least a hundred meters away from Devroux, Temp just made his usual preparations hours ago without entering Devroux senses maximum range+10 meters. A simple cannon, or gun whatever Temp used had successfully stored 8 Power into an Impact Dial at the only preparation time hours ago. WOWZ people like to complain and Temp loves messing with complainers. Loading the Impact Dial and his weapons obviously didn't harm Temp at all as he aimed away from himself while not alerting anyone.

Of course, maybe some day Temp would have to go to the Execution Platform due to the laws of the universe. But it's not like it noted when he had to or whether the fight had to remain there. There were no knockout rules or silliness. Indeed, this Devroux guy should be happy Temp didn't just spawn next to him as per normal with Location: ____ fights. The Execution Stand Devroux decided to be on only fits 3 people with the same body as Devroux with their toes touching side-by-side. Outside of Devroux's senses and therefore where Temp started, Temp heard that there's some horse-weenie bodied hero Devroux at the Execution Platform. That sounds like what Temp looks like, so he decided to go into the building behind the execution platform without ever entering any sensing's maximum range+10 meters of Devroux prior or after. There weren't any NPC with even half of any Temp stats in town so don't know what this "marine town" silliness is about.

Eventually, Temp brought himself to the window a meter behind Devroux's back out of Devroux's sight. Gliding out flying with the Aerial Lunge Devroux skill was done at the moment Temp could see outside the window. Simultaneously, Temp threw down the only Impact Dial with 8 Power he had. Charitable, Temp doesn't need any silly Dials anyhow as he'd tighten his grip on another Dial to keep it's strength the same always. In the building, Temp had similar creeped out emotions as dozens of people inside so it'd be awfully odd if Devroux decided to care about Temp before he jumped out of the window as no one had killing intent. Regardless if Devroux moved, Temp jumped out to where he is making his way an inch away from Devroux with the quickest path. Oh yeah, Devroux shouldn't even be able to sense killing intent with his Haki level maybe he'll educate himself with what it should do.

"Hur hur here's a present for the guy that looks like me. It's a mighty Dial with pow pow power. Super scary and strong I'll let you fight me with it." Meanie Temp shouted on over in whatever voice Devroux wanted. Jingling simple equipment could be found on Temp's body. On the back of Temp he has a sheathed perfect copy of Devroux's Yoru like how all the other stated things Temp got from Devroux are perfectly copied. Quickdraw could be most easily used with the sheathe but Temp had a calm posture. The items on Temp were perfectly balanced for martial combat and he also has the greatest super "heavy artillery" rifle staff approves on his back loaded with all the ammo logically approved. Even with his gear Temp prepared and made sure each attack reached his targets as fastest as possible along with all actions being simultaneous. Hardening Haki is present at all times on Yoru but Temp used Tekkai only if his perception noticed an attack that damages at least at the severe level and deactivates it to further Temp's other actions if Temp doesn't get crippled or die. Temp never injured himself with beyond minor damage with any silliness like his blade on himself and minor damage incurred didn't affect Temp's ability to do his 100% uninjured best at everything.

Woo, these super lightweight things didn't affect any superhuman movements Temp potentially uses. In the left hand Temp had carried the Impact Dial with 8 Power having it's trigger facing away from him. If he gifted the fully-functioning Impact Dial to Devroux, Temp only has 1 other Impact Dial he could reload at any time darn. This 5 Power Impact Dial is in the right hand of Temp. The 8 Power Impact Dial went to go a centimeter away from Devroux with the trigger pressed on the platform, but Temp didn't mind just having his 5 Power Impact Dial. Regardless if Devroux rejected Temp's goodwill, Temp flew down to Devroux with his 5 Power Impact Dial. Maybe Devroux didn't use his own Dial because of pride or whatever but who'd complain if he beats Temp with something offered? Well, once the 8 Power Impact Dial got in Temp's desired position from Temp landing on the platform and destroying it, he'd have his attacks aim for Devroux.

Electro's surely super fancy and all but Temp doesn't have that fancy stuff. Instead, he opted to use Quickdraw+Aerial Lunge and Soru for maximum moving efficiency at all times when he could if no flying Soru. Once Temp got close enough to Devroux with MAXIMUM great martial positioning Temp continually propelled his body with an Impact Dial toward Devroux to ensure the best strike. The Dials blowing up only served to harm Devroux, but Temp hitting himself with his Dial only helped him move his sword to harm Devroux. The Yoru on Temp's back moved simultaneously along with all his movements and he'd keep slashing down with it at Devroux wherever. Yoru's flexibility is grasped best in whichever fingers Temp felt like. Temp goes to always navigate through environment obstacles like the rubble of the Execution Platform after coming down near it due to his stronkness. All damage if Temp's motives succeeded to invoke on others brought internal damage through using initial damage to reach internals. In addition, all attacks are designed to fatally damage Devroux through reaching severe internal damage first.

Immediately focusing on going in Devroux's sight from the start, Temp goes to stun Devroux with the Domination skill they shared for a post. While Devroux is hopefully stunned, Temp triggered a Flash Dial on his foot concealed by bandages and in a place easiest to trigger for combat. The Flash Dial attempted to affect only Devroux without interfering with Domination, and Temp simply used other senses prepared best. As for the Impact Dials affecting Temp, he'd only get minor injuries that didn't ever affect fighting and if medically appropriate they simply all occurred in a way not even crafting items were needed to use Doctor knowledge to immediately heal simply by attacking Devroux. Woo science.

Devroux closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath through his nose and smelling the clean, ocean air coming in from Loguetown's coast. With his eyes closed, he stretched the scope of his haki to its maximum range, connecting his own emotions to those within range. His heart sped up and slowed down as the constant change of emotions flooded through his senses. It was an eerie feeling, but powerful nonetheless. However, as powerful as this power was, what his intent was for its use as of now was searching for malice and killing intent as he searched for the one he came for.

The area was littered with many different emotions, but Devroux's presence upon the Execution Platform through the area into a feeling of caution and discontent. Even if he intended no harm to them nor had given them reason to believe as such, his appearance alone was enough to put most people off guard, especially those that had lived their lives in the Blues without ever coming in contact with other races such as minks. It made the search nearly fruitless, but from immediately behind Devroux an emotion of caution and care switched to malice and killing intent, prompting him to turn around.

Aerial Lunge, being a movement skill, was traditionally used for traversing terrain in a given direction, but its usefulness as a technique didn't stop there. By throwing one of his wings out as he rotated on his foot, Devroux could pivot around at the same speed that Aerial Lunge would otherwise allow. In synchronization with this pivot, the mink used Quickdraw at the same time, drawing Yoru in his right hand and Primo in his left.

Even with the speedy pivot, Devroux couldn't realistically react to what was approaching him. His eyes were immediately drawn to the creepy, ugly visage launching itself in his direction, only managing to spare enough time to cast a quick glance at the falling Impact Dial. Even if he couldn't react to everything in time, Dev was able to manage squeezing Primo's trigger three times before Temp made contact. At the speed the bullets move combined with the speed Temp was moving in the opposite direction combined with the range at which they were fired, it would be quite a feat for the creepy horse to react properly.

These shots were fired only a split second before Temp's dial landed on the Execution Platform. It landed almost directly on the opposite side of the platform that Devroux was on, clearly aimed to simply destroy the platform rather than harm the mink. With the way it was aimed, it cast no debris to the side nor threatened to harm Dev where he stood, but was able to blow apart the wooden platform with relative ease, raining debris down on the tourist crowd that had gathered beneath for a photo-op.

Rather than reacting instinctively and catching himself with his wings, Dev took the moment to fall with the platform. This specific platform gave him plenty of room to fall and exchange blows with Temp whilst still leaving time to catch himself before hitting the ground. His reactions were all fueled by feeling the attacker's presence incoming, keeping his eyes shut the entire time.

Temp, instead of drawing Yoru, opted to move his body around with the use of the Impact Dial and wiggle his butt to attack with the sword while it was still attached to his back. As sporadic as the attacks were, with Dev having already drawn Yoru, he simply parried the one or two strikes that Temp had thrown. The strength totally relying on his body being propelled with the Impact Dial meant that any real form used to retaliate made his attack an almost non-factor. No vision was necessary; Dev reacted solely on his Kenbunshoku Haki.

Before Devroux collapsed to the ground, he threw out his wings once more. With a slight tap of his foot on the ground and a flap of his wings, Aerial Lunge brought him to an even 10 meters from Temp's current position and gracefully set him on the ground within the crowd. Without having used his eyes, the use of Domination and the Flash Dial were both a waste of effort on Temp's part, but it was to be expected of someone as overconfident as he.

In the moment of calm, the use of haki wasn't enough to satisfy Devroux's desire to witness the fight first hand. He could react by feel, now having to see people in order to sense attacks through the use of Kenbunshoku haki, but it didn't grant the same feeling as actually seeing the opponent before him. Having been maneuvering around with an Impact Dial - something easily diagnosed even without vision by the sound of the dial itself - Temp didn't seem injured by it. Hopefully, if all went well, Dev could litter the creepy horse's body with wounds though.

In a show of bravado, Devroux shoved Primo back into its holster, instead opting to pull Yoru's sheathe from his back. The mink gripped it tightly in his left hand, sliding Yoru smoothly back in and preparing for his own attack. Using Aerial Lunge in its intended fashion, Dev sped forward in Temp's direction. Covering the 10 meters in a split second, he used Quickdraw once more to redraw Yoru, strike at Temp's throat, and resheathe the weapon in one quick, fluid motion. However, even as he threw this attack, Devroux didn't stop moving, taking his Aerial Lunge as far as it could carry him in one burst, which put him directly where the Impact Dial had fallen.

The light dial was thrown up into the air after blowing apart the Execution Platform, making it that much easier for it to conincidentally land on top of the rest of the platform's debris and putting it in an easy spot for Devroux to reach. Rather than gripping it with a hand, the mink opted to wrap his clawed foot around it and hold it with a leg instead. Slamming it against the ground, Devroux charged the dial for later use.

Pairing Quickdraw and Last Rites together, Devroux draw Yoru and threw out a wind slash at maximum speed with maximum power. The wind slash coming off of Yoru was extended by an addition 25 meters, meaning that for the next 50 meters in front of Devroux, the air was sliced apart. This slash was thrown at Temp, but it's intent was to also whip up some of the debris immediately within Dev's reach and carry it as well. The attack may have begun as a simple wind slash, but a 50 meter gash in the earth was created, scooping up wood and rocks and hurling them at Temp. With the wind and the extra debris, the width of the attack increased from 10 meters to 20 meters, with only the first 10 being the width of the slicing gust of wind.

OOC: I'm too lazy to do some extensive OOC or hit connection. You lose. Bold's my replies to w/e the point of those OOC were. Asking people like Bo questions ruins your own understanding of a combat topic. Other people aren't as invested. In addition, posting a day after I did? You've got unlimited time to post and just because an opponent pushes you doesn't mean you should post on a first day.

OOC #1:
OOC #2:
OOC #3:
OOC #4:

ooc post: Ok, so you say you don't react to everything. Well, that's not advisable. You then say you shoot 3 times while all my actions happen in sync....But you don't say where you shoot or even if you SHOOT ME? Soooooo if you didn't shoot me and your bullets have no specific damage, you don't mind me having them in your eyes? Yes, I'm going to take it as you not minding that. Mean? But you classically KILLED YOURSELF so funnies. If it was a group topic and your ally didn't mention anything I'd have the bullet be next to them since you're not a threat.
So when do you target me:

The Dial landed a centimeter away from you so your description of where it's placed in your post is incorrect. In addition, I note in my post that my Dial does aim to harm you so you can't change that. So, you're dead there from the 8 Power Impact Dial with Gear 4th (island/mountain busting) Power.
Incorrect:

Closing your eyes is metagaming to me and lowers senses against multiple attacks if not naturally blind. Lmao. In the current and former state of your skill sight isn't required anyhow to use Domination. Also, things that don't work like in the manga are stated on the site. Kenbenshoku requires concentration and knowing what's happening but you've made dozens of mistakes. Me using an Impact Dial is random, and my attacks don't have immediate killing intent behind them since those are my emotions to control soooo le derp? The more you interfere with someone, multi-tasking using Kenbenshoku instead of passively defending like early users the more difficult things are to predict logically.

I used Quickdraw in my post, so you're again incorrect in your post's description saying I'm somehow using Yoru sheathed. In addition, I didn't only strike you one or 2 times, and you sheathed Yoru soooo dead there as I need to reach fatal damage striking multiple times to internals. O ya, because you used Quickdraw only once initially and preemptively I'm faster as I continue to use it. Also, I'm using Hardening on Yoru along with propelling my strength with Impact Dials hitting me. You WERE clashing with somebody stronger and faster. O ya and the sheathe is below-common tier.

Slap Slap Slap:

You're not ending up 10 meters away from me either when I continued to follow you with equal speed. And...You used Aerial Lunge wrong here. Aerial Lunge has to go TOWARD an enemy. You can't use it to make distance. SON YOU DON'T EVEN USE YOUR SKILLS PROPERLY ABUSER. It's okay you got a personal lesson.
