Mock Town was becoming that place where you were expected something to happen every day. It was a pirate town, and more importantly the island was truly off limits to marines. It didn’t stop them from appearing on this island every now and then, but it was a mistake that cost them greatly time and time again. In this place there the few were not pirates, but they were accustom to this life style, so it never bother them in the slightest. If there was one thing Yuurei learned from this town was that there was always work to be done as well. The pirates per say in this town were envious to each other. They could see things that other pirates had and wanted it for themselves. It was a trend that Yuurei had saw more often than anything else. Still, he couldn’t blame them because they paid him and he never truly asked their reason.

The swordsman was over at the tavern that he was always in. This was the place where he got most of his jobs from the people here. He knew that there were a lot of people who had gotten things take from them by him that came to this tavern, but could never point the finger at him. They never had proof, and they never knew who obtained the stolen item. Yuurei wouldn’t be able to take a job, if he didn’t know who and what their target was. He was waiting for any type of client to make their way towards him at the tavern. It was why he was truly there, but he enjoyed his time there by slowly drinking his normal drink to get when he was there. He looked around and smiled to hear the arguments, and the laughter that was around the area.

This was the one place that pirates actually had gone to, and enjoyed it with the others. It was a place for them to gather up and talk about their tales, and days.

It wouldn’t take long for someone to make their way towards Yuurei. He looked to his side to see a man approach him, and he could see the way he was moving he must have had a few drinks too many. His face turned back to face the bartending area as he picked up his drink and drank some of it. When he placed it down the man who had approached him had finally got into a good position in his seat. The swordsman would stay quiet though as he didn’t know if he was actually going to talk to him, or if he was there to get another drink.

”Youh’re Yuurei aren’t yah? I heard you were good ath sthealing stuff. I…have a…job for you.” He said this to Yuurei as his right ear would twitch hearing him.

Yuurei wanted to say no to this man and continued his day until he found a better client, but he was short on cash, and figured it was best if he did this. He took in a large amount of air, and then exhaled it all as he was ready to listen to him. He figured it wouldn’t hurt him to do this, and he hoped it didn’t bite him in the ass.

”Talk I’m listening, but don’t give me the information I need, and this job is off.” He said this to the man.

When he heard Yuurei’s comment, he had smiled at him as it was what he wanted to hear. He stretched his arms into the air, cracked a few bones before putting his arms onto the counter in front of him. He kept his eyes straight as he didn’t want to be seen talking to Yuurei, the grand thief.

”I…was told about…a large amount of beli…stored in one of these people’s house. I know who it is, but for the purpose of not getting my cover blown, I won’t tell you that. Just…know that the man is in the tavern, so stealing this should be a piece of cake. The man’s house is not too far from here. His house is south from the tavern we are currently in, and is the house that is too the far left.” He paused for a bit as he had done a hiccup and gathered himself to talk more.

”His house is also blue just so you don’t…go into the wrong house. The others are very generic and aren’t that color. His…favorite color is blue. Him and his goons…are all at the tavern, so It should…be an easy job. And the reward for this job…is forty percent of the money you steal.” He hiccupped when he finished speaking.

Yuurei thought about what he said and he was close to saying no, but when he told him about the fact that there wouldn’t be anybody to stop him, he figured how hard could it be. Still, the amount of he was getting paid was good, but he wanted more and figure he could get more out of it because of how intoxicated this man was. He drank the rest his drink, and placed it on the counter.

”Forty-five percent, or I walk.” He said this to his client.

The man heard this and sighed because he figured that would happen, but it was better than getting nothing at the end of it.

”Fine you can get that amount. Just be…careful.” He said this to Yuurei.

”I accept your offer; just make sure they don’t find out about this.” He said this as he got from his seat and walked off and out of the tavern. There were people who looked at Yuurei when he left, and wondered where he was going. They felt like every time he left this place, it would lead to someone in this town to being robbed of their belongings. They were afraid of Yuurei in a way, but they weren’t going to say anything about that because he had a whole entire crew behind him.

Yuurei figured this job would be easy, but he had to remember not everything is as easy as they seemed. He knew better than to go straight into this house without looking for traps. They weren’t at the house, but it could just mean that there was some sort of alarm system on. There were probably traps waiting for him as well. He couldn’t be too sure, and he knew to go in with a focus. While walking through the streets of Mock Town, he could see the liveliness that it had today. There were different people on this island right now; he could see a bunch of unknown pirates that were lurking around, which he figured they were going through a journey of their own. He was glad with the pace his crew was going in, and hoped that they would be able to advance from this island.

What Yuurei noticed he spent most of his time either on Jaya, or in Skypiea, but those were the two island that he had been on. He had gotten stronger from just those two islands, but knew that it would be best to travel to the other islands as well. The swordsman was thinking about this as he walked down the streets and looked at the different types of people presented to him. He had walked around the Tavern he was in as he had to go to the south side of the town. He had been here a few times, and it felt like all the retired pirates lived around here. It wasn’t just that, but he was starting to realize that this was the place where he would go to when he was stealing something. He didn’t mind that because he knew that they wouldn’t stay on this island for long.

When he got to the other side of the tavern, he started walking towards southeast from the tavern. He knew that the man’s house was to the left, which was why he took that path. His eyes scanned through the housing structures that he had come across. He was looking for the right one, and his client was right. The houses that he had come across were all the same, and they were bland. He figured that the people who own these houses didn’t care much about the exterior, or didn’t want to be known where they live. His target was stupid for even painting his house blue when none of the houses were that color. It made him an easy target, or did they do that on purpose. I go in open the safe, and get out. He thought to himself as he continued his search.

While he was moving through the area whenever he didn’t have anybody around the area he had started adding things onto his person. The first thing he had put on was the cloak that he had bought a while back. It wouldn’t take long for him to find the blue house, and when he did he could only smile to see its beauty, and when he was looking at this he was wearing the mask he stole. It was of course his favorite color, and just looking at the building made him want it. Still, he had to focus as he knew what he had come here for. His eyes looked at the gates that were not too far from him. He could see that there weren’t any cameras around the place, which didn’t matter since he was in disguise. His eyes did scan the area though as he was looking for traps.

He didn’t want to carelessly step on one, and it would end his life, or immobilize him. He looked at the floors he was about to walk on to see if there were anything out of the ordinary. He noticed everything was fine, and he could only nod because the next thing was to hop over the gate and use his observation to see if there were anybody inside of the gates to the house. Yuurei had jumped high, floating himself into the air, making himself lighter with the change of the gravity around him. When he had gotten himself over the gate, he slowly returned the gravity back to normal allowing him to softly land on the ground. With his observation on he didn’t feel the presence of anybody inside of the gates of this house. It was weird because he figured his target would have at least a few people in the vicinity, but that wasn’t the case.

He found that weird too, but he continued to move forward while looking at the area around him. He wasn’t trying to step on anything that would lead to a trap to his death. The swordsman hid his weapons as well with the cloak, and knew from here on he would use one blade for this job, if things went to shit. What Yuurei didn’t take account were the people outside of the gates of this house. They weren’t protecting the gate because they weren’t supposed to, but they were watching the place, and making sure that nobody would enter it while Jack Jack was enjoying his time away with his companions. The swordsman would just continue his advancement forward without a clue to what was transpiring. It wouldn’t take long for him to make it to the house itself.

When he tried to open the door, it was locked, but that wasn’t something he would be so upset about. Yuurei being a thief had master the ways of opening anything with a lock, and this was no different. He pulled out safety pins from his sash, and started putting them in the hole where a key would normally be placed in. He started moving things around, and without a problem he had opened the door to the house. Yuurei would open the door slowly, and when nothing happen, he entered the house happily without a worry in the world, and closing the door behind him.

Yuurei looked around the and figured he would start with downstairs first. He had to find this safe, but he knew that it could be hidden, so that nobody would be able to find it. He moved his mask upward, so if anything he could slide it back down, and started looking around the first room he was in. The décor was nice and he could tell immediately that this was the living room. It had a blue white pattern on the wall, the couch was long enough to cover the entire wall of the room. There was a nice glass table in the middle, and a huge television on top of a night stand. The ceiling had some nice lights installed on it, and one could see a small fan on the ceiling as well. There were several pictures on the walls as well, which is where he made his way to.

The thief started to check the back of pictures that were on the walls, and rubbed against it to see if there might be some sort of panel. There of course was nothing there, so he put the picture back where it was, and continued to move around the room. His next area was the nightstand as he opened up all the drawers and rubbed his finger to on the side to see if there was a hidden bottom, or back to them. There was nothing in any of the drawers, and didn’t see any safe right in his face. He checked behind the television and didn’t see anything as well. This made him move to the couch and he looked in the back of it as it would have a little space, but no matter where he looked the safe was not in this room.

It made him stopped searching for a bit, and had him wondering where it could be. I guess it’s not in this room, but where could it possibly be located. He thought to himself. He had an idea of where it might be, but he figured he would cover his immediate area. He walked off to the next room after he had made sure everything was checked in this room. He entered the kitchen next as he looked at the area around him. It was the same paint job, the kitchen counter was in the middle, and it was long. The pattern of the counter was blue and black this time and a person could walk around it. There were many cabinets for him to open up, and he did so. He knew that nobody would put a safe in this place because many people entered here, and would open and close things.

It would only lead to having someone find your safe eventually. After looking around and feeling the area, Yuurei couldn’t find anything that was a safe, or any hidden walls where the safe might be hidden. At the end of the his inspection there was nothing there for him to find, and he sighed because there was the dining room next. He walked around the house without a care in the world, and he had gotten to the next room in a matter of seconds. Yuurei entered this room as he could see the walls were the same, but the table itself was black. There were ceiling lamps here, and honestly there was just one picture on the wall. At first he was surprised that this room could be where the safe would be located. He saw one picture and thought it was weird, and walked over to it.

When he checked the back of it though, there was nothing for him there. His eyes squinted as he was a bit irritated about that.

”Who the fuck has one picture in this room, and it’s just there for decoration? This guy is too self-centered.” He said this to himself.

Yuurei didn’t put the picture back this time, and instead threw it to the other side of the wall. The picture would break from the impact and he sighed as he walked out of this room. He looked at the hallways as he was walking in them and was wondering if there was anything there he could check to see if his target’s safe would be out here. While moving around all the hallways in the first floor, he noticed nothing out of the ordinary. This would bring him to appear by the entrance of the house again.

He looked at the stairs in front of him, and figured that it would have to be upstairs. Yuurei already assumed that it would be in the man’s room, but he wanted to make sure.

”Here we go. Time for upstairs.” He said this to himself as he started walking up the stairs.

There was a person in a different house moving around with a den den mushi in their hand. They had seemed to have called someone multiple times, but no answer. It made this person anxious, but soon enough the phone would be connected to Jack.

”I’m enjoying my time at the tavern! What is it you want that you are calling me?!” He shouted at his mushi.

It made this person nervous when he heard this because he could see he angered him. Still, he had to tell him what he saw because he was paid for this.

”Someone has entered your estate Jack. I’ve called you only for that reason. I don’t know why they entered, but I couldn’t see how they looked because they had a black cloak covering their person. Hurry they have been in there for quite some time. He said this to Jack.

”Thank you for your service. It is what I pay you for. I will be there as soon as I can.” Jack said as he hung up and got up from his table.

This would bring him to slam his hand on the table to get his companions attention. When he did get their attention, he would look at everyone at his table with a smile on his face. He looked evil and it as like he was going to enjoy what he would say next.

”We got an intruder to kill boys! Let’s go and get them!” He said this and the people around him hurrah afterwards.

Jack and his gang would soon exit the tavern after paying for everything of course and were heading towards his estate. Yuurei’s client would hear this and his eyes would open up, and he would bite his finger because he didn’t know what was going to happen now.

Yuurei was making his way up the stairs, and when he got up there he noticed that there was only one path for him to go. He started walking through it, and when he opened the first door to his right he noticed that this was the bathroom. There was a part of him that wanted him to go take a shit in his victim’s house. He didn’t know if he had time for that, so he figured it would be the last thing he would do after he found what he was looking for. He closed the door as he was for certain the safe wasn’t in there, and continued to move on. He looked through the hallways, but there was nothing there for him to check on. There were pictures, and it was the only thing he checked, but there was also nothing there for him. The next room he came across was the man’s bedroom, and he figured it could be in this room.

The man’s bedroom was beautiful and huge from what he could tell. The bed was amazing and the clothing for the bed itself was nice. It was of course blue like majority of the things in the house. There was another nightstand in this room as well, which he was subjected to searching through them. He opened the drawers and checked them like he did with the one in the living room. He could only hope it was in this room because then where the hell would it be. Still, when he searched through it though there was no outcome. He couldn’t find the save, so he was left to checking under the bed. He would do exactly that as he went under there, and started looking around, but wouldn’t find anything there.

Yuurei would roll out from under as his back was against the floor and he was looking at the ceiling. There was nothing up there as well, but he knew that. Yuurei got off his back, and onto his feet as he was ready to continue his search. His client said they were all in the tavern, but he wasn’t sure how long that would be. He started checking the headrest of the bed, but of course nothing. He looked around the room to see if there was anything out of the ordinary, but no matter how hard he looked there was no safe. This led him to sigh from disappointment because he felt like there was no safe in this house. He was about to doubt his client, but he figured that there must be another room in this room. There just had to be, and he started looking around again in the man’s bedroom.

He did things differently now, as he was going to the edges of the walls, and feeling to see if the wall itself could be pushed in. He was also looking to see if there was breeze or anything that could give him a clue. Still, he was on the right track, and he wouldn’t need a breeze to help him out. Instead, when he pushed hard enough, the wall rotated and revealed another room that was hidden, and probably not in the blueprints. Yuurei had smiled when he saw this because he was getting somewhere now. He walked into the hidden room to see a desk in the room with a chair behind it. There were bookshelves on the walls as well, which had books, and he figured he would start there. Yuurei would make his way to the bookshelves and started moving the books out and in to see if it triggered anything.

That didn’t lead to anything, which he was okay with as he moved over to the desk. It was your average looking desk and he tried to open all of the drawers that it had. They all opened except one. That was locked and Yuurei smiled because this must be it. Yuurei would kneel to see the keyhole that it had, and took out his safety pins. He started messing with the inside of the keyhole until he was able to open it up. He didn’t know why he did that, as he could have easily broken it, but he figured that it would trigger something that shouldn’t be triggered. When he opened it, he noticed there was a safe in this thing. Yuurei dragged it out of the desk drawer and sighed as he looked at.

”This might take some time. I can just carry it out of here, or I could bust it open.” He said this to himself.

He looked at and knew that he could mess with the combination, and figured it was best that he did it now instead of contemplating things. The young man would put his ear on the safe as that was good enough for the kind of safe he was facing. He started moving it around as he was going slowly, so that way he didn’t miss the click. This entire process would take him a while, but when he had opened it, he could hear a door open from downstairs. It wasn’t just that, but he could hear multiple people. This brought to him activate his Observation immediately as he could feel the presence of everybody that was downstairs. It surprised him and he didn’t think expect to be here when they got here.

”Oh I wondered where you are! Search the area boys!” He shouted out loud, so Yuurei could hear him.

He had opened the safe, and started taking everything out of it and into the bag he always carried. When he was done with that he walked out the secret room and noticed something very similar throughout the second floor. There wasn’t any windows for him to jump out of. His only option was downstairs and through the front door.

”Well I guess I have to fight my way out of here.” He said to himself as he unsheathed Benihime and made his way towards the exit of the room.

When he exited the room he could feel the group of men that were rushing up the stairs. The hallway was big enough for them to fight, but it wasn’t enough for multiple men to try and jump him at the same time. The first person arrived and they had taken out a blunt object to smack Yuurei on top of his head. The swordsman had dodged the object as he moved to his left, and almost bumped into the wall. He had swung his blade towards the man, which connected as he sliced his waist. It wasn’t all Yuurei did as the man had jumped into the air and used his left leg to kick to the wall, and taking him out. When he landed another man had rushed towards him and he took out the same weapon. It wasn’t just that, but this man and thrown out of fury of blows at him.

Yuurei backed up and moved his upper body left to right to dodged the incoming attack. The final attack the grunt had thrown brought Yuurei to cut through the man’s weapon with his full strength. While he had done that, he had swung his left fists right into the man’s abdomen, which brought him to be lift up in the air for a bit as Yuurei spun around quickly and kicked him straight into the wall. Another man had rushed towards Yuurei and when he went to attack, the swordsman jumped into the air motioning his body to do a backflip, and at the same time kicking the man on his jaw as he was flipping onto his feet again. The man dropped to the floor when he felt the force of the kick as was render unconscious. The next man who came took a second to process this,

He noticed that Yuurei was wearing a mask and had a cloak to cover his clothes. It made him nervous, but at the same time he knew he had to stop this man. He was stealing from their boss, and he wasn’t going to allow that to happen. He rushed over to Yuurei to attack, but the young lad had moved to the side, and his left hand had reached for the side of the man’s head as he pushed it straight to the wall. The wall cracked from the impact, and the man dropped to the floor. His head moved back, as well as his body as an attack had been rushed at him immediately after. He looked over to who had attacked him, but of course nobody could see Yuurei’s facial expression. The man attacked again, which Yuurei would catch the attack, and then slice the man straight down his chest.

The man would scream just like the rest of them had done before as he fell to the ground. This wasn’t part of the plan. He was supposed to do this swiftly and without having to fight. It reminded him the first few times he had done his job here. It didn’t go well as he planned, and he was hoping this time it would be different. Still, that wasn’t the case, and he was in a messy situation. Yuurei moved forward and towards the steps, but he was met with more people.

Just how many people does he have on his side. He thought to himself as they were coming at him one by one.

Yuurei would dodged the first few attacks of the man who attacked him. It wouldn’t take long, but after the last attack he dodged, he had sliced the man on his stomach. When that man fell down to the ground the next person had rushed him and he had parried his attacks a few times before piercing the man’s shoulder, and then thrusted a right foot straight into the man’s gut. He would stumble back and fall to the ground leaving another man to rush towards Yuurei. The swordsman couldn’t believe their will to continue forward after they would see the massacre. He took the time to disarm the man who swung his weapon at him. He would grab the weapon and smack the man across the face with it as he knocked him out. When another person was running straight towards him, he had taken the new weapon and tossed it straight into the man’s forehead knocking him out.

Yuurei noticed that there was nobody coming up the stairs now, and he sighed because he thought he was going to be here forever fighting to escape. When he walked towards the stairs and over the pile of bodies he left behind, he noticed that there were more people waiting for him. It caused him to sighed because he thought it was over with. They were at the bottom of the stairs waiting for Yuurei, and there was one person blocking Yuurei’s path on the staircase. Jack was at the bottom, and Yuurei knew who he was because of all the pictures in the house.

”Damn you strong. I thought at least someone would take you down up there, but I guess not. He said this as he chuckled.

”Who are you by the way? I think you should take off that mask to let us know who we are dealing with.” He spoke to Yuurei.

Yuurei looked around and then shrugged his shoulders at this man. He wasn’t going to do that, but he did assess the situation. He had about six people to deal with right now and that was not including Jack.

”I think you should get out of the way. The number of people in front of me won’t change the results. I got what I wanted, and there is no way for you to get it back. Maybe next time you won’t talk about your money and wealth so freely, or this wouldn’t happen.” Yuurei said this to Jack. The whole time he had said this he had changed the sound of his voice, so nobody would know who it was.

When Yuurei had said those things to Jack, the man could only shake his head when he heard him. He looked at everyone that was a part of his gang, and nodded. They nodded in agreement on what was needed to be done. The man on the staircase cracked his knuckles as he was preparing to fight the man in the disguise. The swordsman had moved down the stairs, and when he got close the man had attacked Yuurei without hesitation. His attacks were fierce, but his speed was like the rest. He had avoided the first attack, and it was how he could adjust the situation from here. The man attacked again as they were on a set of stairs to gather their feet. Yuurei would dodge the attack watching his fist move passed him. It wasn’t just that, but he had noticed this man had brass knuckles.

That was the reason why he was attacking him with his hands. Still, Yuurei noticed another punch coming from the man, and he used his sword to block the attack. When that happened, Yuurei decided to shift his body a bit and push his shoulder towards the man with full force. The impact would from the attack would send the man flying from the steps he was on and fall back to the bottom of the stairs. He would look at the other men that were waiting for him. They could see that the man on the stairs was out of it from that impact, and fall. The swordsman sighed as he jumped down the stairs to look at the guys who were waiting for him to descend. They had attacked him without hesitation, and this time they all did at the same time. When they got close to him though, Yuurei had a blue aura shoot out from around him.

When this aura had hit the five men who had gone to attack Yuurei, their movements stopped. They looked like they were struggling as if they had been smacked by a wall, and soon enough they were all sent flying from the impact of the skill. The swordsman didn’t say anything, but he was sure they wouldn’t know what that was. He looked at the guys as the force of the push would take them out. he held back, so he didn’t kill them because that was not part of his job. Instead, the final two people standing throughout all of this were Jack, and him. The head boss of the house had cracked his neck as he was getting ready to fight Yuurei. The thief knew this was going to happen, but he wasn’t sure how strong this guy was.

He noticed that the man also used brass knuckles, and he watched Jack rush towards him. The first attack had set off the mood for Yuurei. The man was indeed fast and if it weren’t for his observation, he would have had to blocked that. Still, he had swung his blade towards Jack as a counterattack, but the man had blocked it by punching at the blade. He could smile as he finally had a challenge right now. When his sword was blocked he had placed weight into his right leg and swung his left leg into the air and towards Jack. The man got hit as he felt the pain and grunted from the attack. He stumbled away from the leg and sighed as he got back into position. He was strong indeed, and he could have been formidable, if he hadn’t retired as a pirate.

Yuurei watched Jack as the man moved towards him and started throwing a barrage of punches. He would dodged these attacks as he could see them coming, and he decided to throw another one of his kicks at the man. The swordsman would land his hit and Jack would grunt again, but this time it was different. He had grabbed onto Yuurei’s leg, which surprised the pirate, and slammed his fist straight onto Yuurei’s thigh. He squinted when he was hit and he could feel the pain behind the blow. Still, he had been grabbed and Jack had went to slam his fist again with his brass knuckle. When Yuurei saw this he decided to swing his blade at the hand that was trying to his leg again. Jack saw this, and he sighed as he had to let go of his leg, and move away from the attack.

He did exactly that, and Yuurei could feel the pain on his leg when he pressed it to the ground. It was not going to affect him with this fight, but it was going to be a pain later. It was a little different for Jack. He could feel his ribs had cracked from those two attacks, but he was pretending like he was just fine. The two would look at each other as if they were waiting for the other to make the next move.

”I see you are good, but the results won’t change.” He said this to Jack.

The man wasn’t having it, and he shook his head trying to shrug off what he said. He couldn’t allow anybody to walk in his house and take whatever they want. If he didn’t stop this mysterious person, then it would only send a message to everyone else that his house was open for business.

”I can’t let you leave. If I do people will try to rob me when they hear about this.” He said to Yuurei.

The thief could only shake his head when he heard this, and figured he would give him a proposition.

”If you let me leave, nobody will know about what happened today. I won’t tell anybody, if you don’t.” He said this to Jack wondering what he would say.

”You still got to pass me man.” He said this to Yuurei.

Yuurei figured even after he left this place he would make sure his client wouldn’t go bragging about the money that was stolen from Jack. It would only be for business, and his client might get in trouble if word got around. Still, right now the fight between the two men would be concluded soon.

Yuurei
Jack wasn’t having it, but he knew that he couldn’t just go straight at this guy. There had to be a way in taking him down. He just didn’t know how. He only hit him once, and it was when he grabbed his leg after he had initially hit him. Now was he going to allow that to happen again? He noticed that Yuurei wasn’t fast, but he was still fast enough to perceive things and dodged them without a problem. He knew that he needed to get one good hit in the man’s chest to end this battle. He was looking to stop his heart, and it call it a day, but he wouldn’t be able to hit Yuurei by swinging around like a mad man. He took in some air, and noticed that it started to hurt when he was breathing. He knew what that meant, but he had to stand his ground for what was to come next.

Yuurei, on the other hand, looked at Jack, and noticed that the man wasn’t coming straight at him like before. He could smile because it seemed like the man was affected by his attacks after all. The swordsman thought this man’s endurance was amazing, but it was a front. He did wondered about his back story, and why he stood in Jaya Island, but that wasn’t important right now. The swordsman figured he would go for the first strike as he rushed towards Jack. He could see an opening, and it was what he was going for. Jack saw him coming and he prepared himself. He could see Yuurei’s attack coming without a problem, and he could react to it as well. He embraced his side with his arm as he Yuurei had swung his blade to cut Jack. The man had sacrificed his arm as it had been cut.

The swordsman didn’t cut it off, but there was a big slashing wound on his arm now. Still, he moved his hand onto the sword that was on his arm, and grabbed onto the blade. He grunted from the pain of what he was doing, but he figured this would happen. His right hand had quickly gone straight towards Yuurei’s chest at this moment. The swordsman was surprised about what the man was doing that he had almost forgot that he was attacking him right then and there. He had activated his armament on his entire torso as it was the only thing he could do. The attack landed, and it would have brought Yuurei to stumble a bit, but he was holding his sword, which Jack was holding as well. He gasped for air for a bit, and was glad that he had this ability.

What Jack didn’t take account was that on reflex with the landed of that attack, he was going for one of his own. His left arm had been coated in all black as his fist had landed straight on Jack’s forehead. The man let go of his sword, allowing the sword to slice his arm. He had stumbled back from the blow as his head had tilted back from the force. Jack stopped moving his head had gone back to how it was position as he looked at Yuurei. It wouldn’t take long, but the man head would start to tilt around as if he was trying his best to keep it from falling. He could see that he had started bleeding on his forehead, and soon enough he dropped to the floor. Yuurei sighed because he got nervous there and though this man was actually strong enough to take on that hit.

”I told you to let me pass.” He said this as he walked over Jack and out the house.

The man who snitched about Yuurei entering was looking outside of his window. He would see the masked man walk out of the house, and towards the gate. He was surprised, and got away from the window as he was getting ready to go and check on Jack and his man. Yuurei would jump over the gate without any effort, and started running away, putting Benihime away in the process. When he got a location where it was secluded, he took off the mask and the cloak and was quick to put it away. He sighed as he leaned against the wall nearby. He placed his hand on his leg and could feel the bruise that was there, it would be a pain to walk on, but it would heal. It was the same for his chest. He had grabbed it and was glad to have Armament.

Still, his job had finished and he walked over to the tavern to where his client would be. Yuurei left everybody in that house alive as his attacks were not to kill hits. It wouldn’t take him long to get to the tavern, and when he entered the area, he could see people looking at him. The one person that got his attention was at the bar area. Yuurei walked over to that area without hesitation as everyone had gone back to doing whatever they were doing before. He would make it to the counter and sit down as he was looking at the bartender and she knew what he wanted, and she started preparing it.

”I got the money, and Jack and his crew are all unconscious in his house. I didn’t kill him, nor do I want you starting rumors about Jack getting robbed. I say this because I don’t want it to be lead back to you, and then back to me when you squeal. So, let’s not bring it up after we are done here.” He warned his client.

The man heard Yuurei and could tell he was serious about this, and figured he wouldn’t go bragging about it to his friends. It was the smart thing to do anyways.

”You got yourself a deal.” He agreed with him.

Yuurei took out the large amount of beli, and after counting the amount that was there he had taken his portion of what he had stolen. He had the rest to his client, and his client was quick to put it away.

”Thank you this means so much. Now I can go off to another island and start off my business there.” He said this to Yuurei.

The bartender would soon come back with his drink. Yuurei would grab it, and get out of his seat as he walked out of the tavern with the glass. He left his payment and a little extra for the glass. Yuurei’s job was done here, and he figured he would go back to the ship to rest easy.
