An Evil Deed

As Johanna, Bojack and Thyme left the cafe and Kahseh behind, they began their walk under the night sky. They headed east from their starting point, to a destination that Bojack and Johanna were unaware of, and Thyme seemed almost giddy to be keeping to himself. Still a bit concerned about Thyme's quick shift in mood at the cafe Johanna made sure to stay as close to Bojack as she possibly could, sticking to his left side like glue while also observing the Caprice Pirate intensely to make sure he made no moves from her captain's right side. "So Bojack, your job will be to destroy the seatrain itself, while Johanna and I make sure nothing goes wrong." Thyme then went to stealthily wink at Johanna, doing so outside of Bojack's view causing the young lady to turn away from him.

Everyone had their roles, though Bojack was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that he was heading away from the Seatrain station even though he was supposed to be destroying the actual train. "So Thyme, if we're supposed to be going to the seatrain and the station is back where Kahseh was headed, where are we going?" Thyme smiled at the question, his bright white teeth still visible even at night,"Well, I did tell you we were going to do this the fun way didn't I?" While his words were supposed to be light and comforting, as the reflection of the moon in Thyme's glasses hid his eyes Bojack couldn't help feeling even more uncomfortable than he had before his question.

Bojack told himself that Thyme knew what he was doing, and so the group of three continued walking even as only one of them had any idea of where they were going. The mystery of their destination was short lived though; as before long the party of 3 found themselves at the edge of a cliff. While the party hadn't been walking for long, they must've arrived at the cafe early in the morning as the light of the moon was fading, being overwhelmed by that of the sun as it rose up over the horizon directly in front of them. The more brightly lit the area became the thing that began to be the most clear to Bojack was Thyme's almost maniacal smile. Thyme stared out over the water as Bojack and Johanna only stared at his face, noting how truly evil the man appeared to be. Johanna was instantly on alert; holding her nails in a claw shape as she had a completely opposite reaction to Bojack who matched Thyme's evil grin with one of his own. He had no clue why he was here or what the plan was, but he'd be damned if Thyme was going to scare him.

"So, what's the plan Thyme." As Thyme turned to face Bojack before answering his question, the smiles of the men were nearly identical, and there was a bit of connection felt between them. While Bojack would've liked greatly for the connection to be one of equals, of two men who admired and respected each other, he had no delusions concealing the true nature of this connection. Thyme was a puppet-master; and Bojack, controlled by his own ambition, was going to allow him to play whatever sort of game he wanted. It was something that ate at Bojacks very being during the entire short moment of unspoken conversation, but it was the way it was. His own desire to be evil was going to make him to whatever Thyme wanted, and they both knew it. "Well Bojack, you're going to destroy the Seatrain."

"I know that Thyme. You've already explained that to me, but how am I supposed to destroy the train? Why are we here?" As he spoke Bojack's smile faltered a bit, but he refused to lose his smile; especially once Thyme's grin somehow grew even more from hearing Bojack's words. Johanna at this point knew it would be unwise to speak, her bratty nature suppressed as she was able to feel the tension between the two huge and evil men. "I guess it's fair to tell you my plan now, especially since it will be time to begin soon."

"So here's what's going to happen. In approximately 5 minutes the first group of passengers leaving Momoiro on the Seatrain will be boarding, and after that it will be only a matter of minutes before that very train will be passing by this location, around 10 meters below where we're standing right now. When that time comes, I want you to walk right to the edge of the cliff right here, and jump off." Thyme paused his speaking to observe the reactions of Bojack and Johanna.

An Evil Deed

"Jump?" Bojack was trying to keep his surprise hidden, but he wasn't at all expecting Thyme to ask him to jump off of a cliff onto a moving train. "Yes Bojack. I want you to jump." Thyme stared at Bojack waiting for his response. Thyme had previously thought of Bojack as a potentially  useful pawn as well as an interesting individual, but his entire opinion was subject to change if Bojack declined his offer. A pawn who couldn't go where he wanted was certainly useless, so Bojack's answer had to be the correct one. "Okay and what do I need to do after I jump onto the train? How am I supposed to destroy the train after I do that?" The fact that Bojack agreed to do such an outrageous task without batting an eye was shocking to both Johanna and Thyme.  "What?! What are you talking about Bojack you can't actually be thinking about doing something this crazy." Bojack laughed at her despite knowing she was completely serious,"It's fine Johanna, if I can't do something like this I have no business being a pirate. So Thyme how should I destroy the train once I jump off."

Thyme was honestly shocked by Bojack's willingness to go along with his plan. While he had been acting a bit crazy and intimidating Bojack all this time he was honestly expecting Bojack to give up and force him to do the work by himself. The fact that Bojack seemed willing to follow through with what he had agreed to do was a nice surprise for the more experienced pirate. Thyme then reached into the inner areas of his suit jacket and from within it pulled out a small square shaped package about the size of a ring box. "Within this package there is a small explosive device, capable of creating a large enough explosion to knock the seatrain straight off of the tracks. When you get down to the train I need you to put the bomb on the side of the train so that the explosion can directly push the train off of the tracks when it goes off. The bomb is set to go off moments after being stuck to the train so you’re going to need to move quickly once you place it on the train."

Bojack took the device, avoiding meeting Johanna's gaze as he walked directly to the edge of the cliff, wind at his back as the sound of the sea train's whistle sounded off in the distance. Bojack sat waiting with his eyes closed for the sound of the train as it got closer and closer with each passing second. Not much time passed from that point before the train lead car was directly below Bojack and he jumped seemingly without thinking towards the sea train below. In a moment of uncharacteristic intelligence though, Bojack pulled his climatact off of his back and aimed a gust sword attack down to the train below, slowing his fall enough to avoid dying from it. Bojack landed on the top of the train and slowed himself with a roll, stopping on his back on the very edge of the car and keeping himself from falling off. He then rolled over onto his stomach, reaching behind himself to put his climatact back onto his back before using a push up motion to get back to his feet.

On the cliff

As Bojack was struggling to his feet on toop of the train Johanna and Thyme were merely observing from above as Bojack and the train got further and further away. The two kept watch, the awkward silence suffocatingly apparent as they looked out for any sort of threat or retaliation for Bojack’s actions. The seas and skies seemed to be clear, but Johanna maintained her vigilant watch since the alternative was interaction with Thyme. Though her eyes never drifted from her mission, her mind certainly did,'Why did Bojack and Thyme get so intense back there? And why did Bojack just agree to do this idiotic mission that Thyme wanted him to do? I guess I can say that the intensity is just men being men, but jumping off a cliff onto a moving train definitely isn’t typical behavior even for idiotic men. It’s like Bojack just doesn’t care about if he gets hurt or not.' Her eyes rolled as the implications of Bojack’s recklessness registered in her mind. As someone who has experience healing and patching up others it would fall onto her shoulders to help Bojack recover from any damage he ended up causing to himself. 'I guess that’s just how it is when you’re a doctor for a pirate.'

As Johanna thought about her role in Bojack’s crew all of Thyme’s focus was on her. The older man had spent many years as a pirate, and had as a result seen all sorts of beautiful women in all of the worlds seas. No matter how many women he saw though, being in a situation like this one always managed to take over his attention. Thyme admired all aspects of her form, taking in her entire appearance without getting caught since she was making an effort to avoid looking at him.

Johanna unfortunately still knew what Thyme was doing while she paid attention to her task. She could almost feel his gaze on her even as she tried her hardest to ignore him. Johanna was bothered, but decided that it would be better to pay attention to what she was supposed to be doing instead of giving Thyme any attention. While Johanna’s eyes were trained on the everflowing ocean, she eventually noticed movement out of the corner of her eye. She initially wasn’t able to tell what she was seeing but as the object moved in their direction at speeds far surpassing the seatrain she was eventually able to make out what it was.

In front of Johanna’s very eyes a small freedom ship holding three marines was chasing after The seatrain, moving at speeds that would allow it to catch up to the seatrain in less than a minutes. Knowing that with their distance from the train and her close ranges style of fighting there wasn’t much she could do to stop the ship, but she knew what she had to do in order to help Bojack. "Thyme!" the young lady shouted, catching the man’s attention and pulling him from his zoned out state of perversion,"There’s a ship of marines chasing down the train right now. You have to stop it!"

Thyme looked out at the sea finally and saw the ship instantly, his trained eyes allowing him to follow its movement without much strain. "And what exactly do you want me to do about it?" he asked with a grin. Thyme knew that with his marksmanship abilities he’d be able to stop the train without much effort, but he wanted to watch Johanna squirm a bit before he did something. "I don’t know! You’re supposed to be some big strong pirate surely you can do something about this ship."

An idea was then born in Thyme’s mind, another fun game that he could play while on his mission. "I’ll make you a deal Johanna." Thyme said while pulling a golden coin from his pocket. "You take this coin and flip it. If it comes up heads then I’ll stop that boat, but if it comes up tails you have to give me a gift." Thyme then looked down at his pants to get his message across more strongly. Johanna instantly got disgusted by his offer, getting nearly green as she prepared to tell him off. Before she could open her mouth though she thought about Bojack. He was willing to risk his life to complete his mission and she wouldn't be able to live with herself if she didn't try to help him. If it came up tails she'd think of a way out of if but she figured for now her best bet would be to flip the coin and hope it came up heads. "Fine, I'll flip your coin." Thyme smile and handed the coin to Johanna.

Taking the coin from the grinning pirate Johanna took a deep breath before tossing the coin into the air. As the coin flew up into the air and then began to fall while spinning around Johanna found herself holding her breath in anticipation. Johanna held her hand out to catch the coin as it fell. That moment never came though, just before the coin landed in Johanna's open hand Thyme moved out to flick the coin from the air towards the speeding ship. The coin flew through the air at high speeds and with intent,  soaring for a minute before impacting the side of the small ship with enough force to literally push it to the side, punching a hole through it's hull through which water began to instantly flow. The ship sank quickly, leaving the three marines who had just been chasing the train in the cold ocean water with no form of transportation. "That good enough?" Thyme asked with his signature smile lighting up his entire face.

An Evil Deed

Back on the Train

Bojack had just finished getting up from his position lying on his stomach on the top of the moving train. Finally able to stand on his own, Bojack pumped his fist at his accomplishment. "Yes! That was way harder than I was expecting it to be." The train moved at such high speeds that Bojack was unable see anything more than a blur when looking at what surrounded the train. Bojack had landed on the 4th car back from the front of the train and decided that it would be the appropriate car for him to place the explosive device. "In hindsight, this would probably be a lot easier if I had stayed on my stomach. Oh well, I've already gotten up and it would look crazy if I got back down now." Then, like a baby taking its first steps, Bojack began a heavy footed walk to go across the 6 foot wide train car.

As he was making his slow journey towards the other end of the car, he began to get a strange feeling in his ears. The feeling was strange and gave him a slight feeling of urgency as if there was something going on that he wasn't seeing or hearing. Reacting ro his feeling Bojack turned his neck and upper-body to the left to see if the thing causing his strange feeling was behind him. Sure enough, when he was finally looking behind the train he saw it. 40 meters behind the train's caboose was a small freedom ship carrying inside of it 3 intense looking marine guys. "Interesting, those guys were so far behind the train but I actually knew where they were. Might be some sort of marine bullshit. I guess I gotta deal with this before I can get to my mission." Bojack then once again took his climatact off of his back and aimed it towards the ship, lightning crackling at the end of the staff as a lightning ball formed, one larger than the one's Bojack usually created. "I've never seen what can happen when I put my all into a lightning ball. It should be interesting to see what happens when this thing hits that ship in the water." The lightning ball was reaching it's peak, currently at the basketball size that it was usually at, though Bojack was intending to charge it with more lightning in order to make the ball larger than usual. Bojack continued to charge it, readying himself to fire when the ship suddenly sank before his eyes.

"What the fuck?!" Bojack was so shocked by the sudden destruction of the ship that he nearly lost control of the ball of lightning, allowing it to fizzle out on the end of his staff instead of firing. "Damn, I don't know how that thing ended up exploding but I was looking forward to firing that ball." Free from distractions now, Bojack decided that it'd be his best bet to get it over with quickly before anyone else could come to stop him. Finishing his walk towards the edge of the train, Bojack got down to his knees and pulled from his back pocket the small bomb that Thyme had given him. Carefully removing the wrapping around the bomb he placed the explosive device on the side of the seatrain. Almost immediately after making contact with the train's body the device began to release smoke. "Fuck that thing gets to working quickly" Bojack only had time to put his climatact back on his back and say that short sentence before he jumped off of the train and into the water below. Bojack stayed under the water though he continued to watch the train as it moved past him with the explosive attached to it's side. "I guess that mean's my job is done." Bojack turned away from the tracks of the seatrain to once again reach the pink shores of Momoiro.

As Bojack faced away from the train the bomb went off on the side of the train car, resulting in a large explosion which pushed the train off of the tracks and into the water below. Once Bojack got out of the water he found himself face to face with Thyme and Johanna, as the two had come off of the cliff and onto the shore of the island to meet Bojack once he came off of the train. "So how did I do?"
