He didn't give me the Beli OOCily though, in fact, it was deliberately mismanaged by us. We purposely delayed in filing the Topic to get it formalized at his request to do him a favor.
In case there is any doubts that he did in fact have the Beli, he made a purchase on the 20th of July for Haoshoku Haki (75,000,000 Beli),
The problem is that given recent events, I don't know if I can trust him to follow through or if this is just an OOC-level ruse. Initially, it was just for his purchase of Haoshoku Haki. Then he earned more Beli and then got Intermediate Haki, instead of saving it to pay me back. And now, there is more OOC miscommunication and OOC dishonesty with other things (notably, with the Hunter Jacqueline topic we're in, where he OOCily agreed to a certain direction, but then he uses that OOC trust against us to gain an advantage IC). So, right now, I cannot trust him anymore as a player, and I don't want this IC-OOC paradox to continue, since he has earned doubts from me about that he will follow through with his word, and thus, pay.
I admit entirely that I have contributed to this problem on my own volition, to do Calico Jack's player a favor.
I request to know what we can do to best solve this problem, becuase his word that he will follow through won’t cut it.
