I am claiming my hits, and since he doesn't agree, and we couldn't talk it out I brought it here for combat mod to handle it so here what happen.

Now in this quote above he state his position, and how far he was from me which is 30 meters. In the topic there is total of 25 grunts, and 2 Npc's along with 1 ship. Oceanus would generate this attempt on the conditions he was within range of the approaching party. Which he should be as they was just 30 meters away from Oceanus at the time before he decide to closed the distance. But now that he closing the distance he is now just 18 meters away from them.
My condition of the attack, and just beneath it is fluffy which you can read if you like it is the amount of damage it does etc. Moving on
Now look above what do you see I see an attempt to curb stomp Oceanus but with minor detail,and in simplest terms I could Vague Manp. How? Now since once again didn't say specific detail of when Jerry would swim toward me wait he did lol. If you look right above he said," If he manage to finish them off neutralize the threat immediately. " So I assuming since he never state when Jerry turn around or how far they was when the verbal was given that it was open to VM. So that what I did killing jerry, and his lackey in my next post.
