"Act I"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

[Grand Voyage] Long Live The King 32477_RmCD5qM6AmxD5Epk_0

Sitting around a large stone table in no specific ranking or order, the feared Twelve Bandit Kings sat in council. Each of the them surrounded by representatives of their groups, pretty much the best of the best each brigade had to offer gathered into the Saloon in the Middle of the Desert. It's location couldn't be found on any map, and anyone who hadn't an escort wouldn't be able to make it to the one story building that stood around 5,000 Square Feet. Outside, the Saloon had a Western Theme but on the inside, it had a mixture of Arabian and Asian flare in it's design with lanterns cascading from the ceiling. All of the tables within the room were fashioned as stated previously from stone, it had a rustic feel to it. The Owner Jed used to be a famous pirate in his day but retired to the Saloon after many years of piracy. Bounty Hunters tried and failed at claiming his head. However, the issue at hand was neither Jed nor his former fame, it was the current disarray among the bandits. Nine Bandit Kings sat in attendance, each with disgruntle looks on their face, however, Pogo, the eldest of the Bandits shouted out in disgust.

"We all know why we're here. Fucking Barron and Regal had to go and get wasted." Pogo shouted, ceasing the silence in the room. Pogo was the leader of the Go Go Bandits who were responsible for all of the Rain Powder sales around the Sandy Isle.

"It's not like you could've done any better. Pound for Pound, Regal and Barron were the most powerful among us and they had the highest bounties. An outsider has impeached our little set up." Lana, the leader of the Amazon Bandits reported. Lana was a beautiful woman with long flowing night black hair that stretched down to her waist, which she kept fashioned together with a bed of skulls of smaller animals such as salamanders or reptiles.

"Fucking Big Tit Bitch! Your one to talk. Before this fuck showed up, what the fuck kind of name is Jackal..." Jaguar exclaimed, pausing to gobble down his drink, loosing his train of thought. "Look. You guys weren't holding your end of the bargains either bitch. We were suppose to be robbing from the major cities, that idiot Barron wanted to take over Nanohana. The people are already pressed as is with the Royal's Taxes!" Jaguar, leader of the Night Rift Pirates, who stood at 8 feet tall and wore the snakeskin of reptiles he'd slain as his trophies.

"Huh!? What was that you little dick twat!? My girls were getting harassed by your men during our raids. I don't wanna hear any of that shit!" Lana chimed in. "What the fuck-" Jaguar shouted, standing up from his position reaching for his spear, only to be quelled by his second in command. Lana the same on her end of the table.

"Nine of us here have enough man power to match the Royal Army. We're sitting here shaking in our boots over a measly Mink. I can sell one of them on the Black Market for half the price of a Fishman. Let's band together and make it happen. Time is money." Champa, another Bandit King chimed in.

"Speaking of money... Don't you owe me 10,000,000. You said it was going to be invested into Regal's Casino Scheme. Now look at where that's gone!" another bandit King chimed in, the elderly woman around four feet, with her head wrapped in a turban reported.

"Well.... That's gone." the Bandit King, Newport responded meekly as per usual, the man said shrugging.

The Bandits argued amongst themselves for what seemed to be hours. Had it not been for the newest arrival, it would've probably continued for the remainder of the day, ending in a shoot out. Breaking open the doors of the saloon, wearing the widest of grins on his face, entered Jackal The Bandit.

"Children... Papa's home. Nice to meet ya.' Shishishi..." Jackal declared grinning. In that one moment, all of the division among the bandits faded as everyone at the table drew their pistols and aimed it towards the doors entrance. "Woah Woah... Relax." Jackal exclaimed chuckling, raising his hands in the air as if he'd surrendered. "I'm just here to talk." Jackal concluded.

"Tell me why we shouldn't put a bullet right through your head right now Mink!?" Pogo shouted, his finger callously clutched around the guns trigger, ready to fire at any moment.

"Believe it or not, I'm not the enemy here." Jackal stated. "I never planned to fight Barron. Though, I'd be lying if I said I didn't take out Regal for a reason." Jackal continued on, smirking.

"For a reason? And what would that be? Since your arrival we've lost all of the Paradises we've had in the smaller towns due to Jin searching for his abducted sister! You were named one of the key conspirators!" Newport shouted.

"Ah. So they are blaming me for that? Good thing I came here solo then." Jackal thought to himself. "And what if I did kidnap his sister. I'm a Bandit aren't I? I'm due some ransom money." Jackal said.

"This little shit... You got balls Doggy. I'll give you that much! You don't know how dangerous Jin is. Do you know who Salada Khan is?" Jaguar inquired. "Who?" Jackal retorted cluelessly. "Ah. I knew it." Jaguar exclaimed sighing. "Look. Pretty much there's this place called Baltigo. As a Bandit, you'd have to be familiar with the underworld? At least?" Jaguar continued in a patronising tone. "Not in the slightest. I've been kind of 'predisposed' for the last few years. I'm new to this Bandit thing. Educate me." Jackal respond reaching for a chair to his left, dragging it closer to the table's position, only five meters separating him from the grouping now. His prior statement had caused him to rub his hand against the tattoo on his chest, once slaver's mark.

"Fucking Rookies. Baltigo is the underworld's mecca. It's ran by these Nine Bastards... Well.. Allegedly Ten now and squared up into districts. Long Story Short, Jin works as a hitman for one of those Kingpins under the alias 'The Bull'. He might be a national hero here but everywhere else, he's technically one of the Kingpin's Elite Guards. Fucking with him is like spitting in the Leader of the Sixth Districts face. Jin's mentor is a man named Salada Khan. He's known as one of the strongest Martial Artists in the World. He's the one who taught Jin how to fight." Jaguar explained.

The information Jaguar divulged was new to much of the Bandit Kings present with the exception of Pogo and Lana, this further cemented why the Bandit Kings strayed short of interfering with deals involving the Jin or the feared Khan. "Basically what I'm hearing is ya'll a bunch of pussy's afraid of Jin." Jackal stated smiling widely, as he'd rock his chair back and forth. Tired of Jackal's insolence, Lana fired off three rounds in the Bandit's direction. Lunging up from his seated position and pivoting in a zig zag formation about two meters, Jackal avoided he shots with ease. "Now... We're still talking, aren't we, Miss Bandit Queen?" Jackal inquired, grinning at the random woman shooting in his direction.

"He's fast. I didn't even pick up when he moved." Lana thought. "It seems you have some skills, I guess." Lana commented, pouting in frustration. "From gist of things, I've come to understand your positions but I have a few questions of my own. Whose the most knowledgeable among you?" Jackal inquired.

"That'd be me." Newport said, meekly raising his hand. "Super. I'm going to ask you three quick simple questions. Then I'll lead with my offer." Jackal said. "Offer?" Newport thought. "Fine. Shoot." Newport responded entertained by the drama the Mink created. "Of all the goods that come in and out of Sandy Isle. How many of them are illegal and how many of them are approved transports by the Kingdom?" Jackal inquired.

Pondering for a moment, Newport dug into his handbag strapped on the side of the chair, revealing a logbook. Placing the book on the table, he'd flick through the pages and report, "Within the last eight months, 70% of the goods being brought into Sandy Isle have came from less than credible sources. 30% are Nationally Approved Transports." Newport stated.

"70%... Oh my." Jackal said, tapping his foot against the ground as a anxiety tell. "Second. Of these transports, how many of them are targeted by the Bandit Kings collectively?" Jackal inquired. Flicking the pages again, "Barron used to target the Crown's Transports. Regal used to go after smaller towns and impose taxes. Lana raids ships off the coast of Sandy, as well as Jaguar. Among us, the only ones who've really been dabbling in the Under World is..." Newport trailed on.

"Me." Champa chimed in. "Why should I sit back and let those make believe mafia members from Baltigo make it in the island without taxing them abit! We all know the Royal Courts been dabbling in Underworld Activity. It's how Jin went from being hated to adored in a matter of years." Champa stated, slamming his fists into the table.

"Third. Essentially, most of this countries goods come from Baltigo then? and out of the nine of you present... Only 1 of you raid Black Market Shipments? That's a 11%." Jackal commented, answering his own question. "Which tells me, your scared shitless of these Kingpins and Jin. Reiterating my last comment, I have an offer for all of you but it comes with a few conditions." Jackal stated smiling even wider.

"Act II"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

"What's the offer?" Huego inquired, another of the Bandit Kings who'd been remaining silent chimed in. "I'm glad you asked. I'll leave Sandy Isle. And, I'll take Jin with me. As a hostage of course, along with his sister of course." Jackal stated, hoping no one would call his bluff on having possession of Jin's Sister. However, no one but the kidnappers and the Court would have this information. By the sound of things, the Bandits and Royal's don't play well. "You'd spit in the face of one of the most powerful men in Paradise, just to appease us? Lowly Bandits?" Huego inquired, bursting into laughter afterwards. "Your either crazy, stupid or there's more to this than your letting us onto!" Huego exclaimed. "Shishishi... It could be a combination of all three." Jackal stated grinning. "What's the conditions, brat?" an older Bandit chimed in, a man by the name of Pascal. "Ah. That. You'll disband all of your individual groups and work under my name as the Jackal Bandits." Jackal stated, as his devilish grin expanded widely.

"I'd plan on hunting each of you down one by one but once I found out this was were you met up, it saved me ten separated journeys. Though, one of you seems to be missing." Jackal stated. "Under my name, I'll be the one taking the blame for your actions. You'll be able to freely raid all imports that make it into the island. No one knows these desserts better than you lot. So escaping will be child's play when it comes to scuffles with the Army." Jackal continued. The whole table broke into laughter, it wasn't in anger or confusion of the man's statement but he'd just commanded Nine Separate Groups to fly under his flag with the most childish of expressions. "There's more too. From now on, I'll be the only Bandit King. No unnecessary killing of civilians. Anyone who breaks this law will be kicked from the pack, punishable by death. The Strongest of the lot will defect from Sandy Isle and follow Jackal on his adventures as a Pirate. However, this one's optional. No matter what, at all times, they must never bow or help out the Royal Crown in the oppression of the people. We rob the Crown and outsiders, each Faction Leader keeps the spoils to split among their men as they see fit-" Jackal's speech was interrupted by the sound of Jaguar's hands slamming against the table. "You're fucking serious!? I don't care if you defeated Barron or Regal, this shit's gone to far!" Jaguar shouted.

Digging into his ear using his pinky finger, "Fine. Then continue stealing scraps from what little this Crown has to offer." Jackal said, his devilish smile fading as he retreat to the door's entrance. "Wait." Newport said, not needing to yell as the silence was brought the perfect enabler for the man's usual soft tone. "And what of the town's we lost? The people have recouped them through the Crown's Support. What's your solution to that?" Newport inquired. "Shishishi... Simple. We build our own town. With the supplies stolen, we can have our own Black Market independent of the local trade system and fuelled by the raids. I'm sure if we create a haven for Bandits and Trade, essentially, a totally independent market, then you won't need the other towns or need to live in fear. We regain Barron's Old's Base in the Sandora Graveyard, North-East of Nanohana. Using those two as our strongholds on both sides of the River." Jackal stated.

"Act II"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

"You interest me Jackal. I never cared about being a leader much. Once I can collect information and sell it to the highest bidder, I don't care who I work for. My men are the same. I'll be your eyes and ears here on Alabasta." Newport stated.

"Shishishi... That's one down. Anyone else?" Jackal inquired. "Look. I don't actually believe you can defeat Jin." Jaguar stated bluntly. "To be honest, I don't know if I can either. I might have shave my coat for this one." Jackal responded. "Shave your... Look. I'll join your little platoon but I ain't calling you boss or nothing. I'm my own man. We'll be partners. I'm going to raid those fuckers dry once you'll be the one handling the backlash. Be prepared, dog fucker." Jaguar stated, raising his hand in agreement. One after one, of the nine Bandit Kings, each one rose their hand, pledging an oath to take on the name of the Jackal Bandits.

"What happens if you loose Mink?" Lana inquired. "You all will be fucked with or without my truce." Jackal stated, standing up from his chair, and walking towards bar. Standing behind the bar was an old man with Sun Glasses and Plain White Bucket hat, dressed in loosely fitting robes. He'd been popping around cleaning up the bar in the background during the whole conversation between the Bandit Kings and their new boss.

Shooting his devilish grin, Jackal placed his hands on the countertop of the extended bar table. "Yo. It's been awhile, Jed." Jackal said. All of the Bandit Kings at the table pushed back their chairs, turning their heads over shoulders in astonishment at the familiarity in the tone between Jackal and Jed. "Ha... It's the little Mink who I met on Drum while travelling with Gin. You look... Stronger. I guess your little scuffles on Sandy have bulked you up." Jed responded, lifting his sunglasses to shoot the Mink a wink.

"I'm guessing since you're here... That means Gin is on island?" Jackal responded, as a small droplet of sweat oozed down his face noticeably, though he'd been sweating the whole time due to the dessert climate. "Well... I didn't damn well make it back here myself. I'm too old for that now. I showed him what he wanted to find and pointed him on his merry way. It just so happens that another piece of the puzzle he's after was also in Alabasta. Rest easy. He's gone. I do have a message for you from him." Jed stated. "That ability of yours to see into the future still creeps me to hell out. You knew I was coming here, huh?" Jackal said grinning. "Destiny waits for no man Mr.Jackal. Just like it was destiny when Gin freed you that day." Jed said, as he'd clean the beer mug in his hand gently, turning to rest it on the shelf behind.

"And I repaid his kindness by robbing him blind. Even though I only took half of his treasure, I guess every penny counts to him. As a man aiming to be Pirate King." Jackal commented grinning. "I need you to help me out with something." Jackal stated. "Oh? And that'd be?" Jed asked sarcastically, already knowing the answer to the man's question. "I need a little haircut." Jackal said grinning. "The fur's slowing you down in this weather huh?" Jed inquired. "Significantly." Jackal retorted.

"Act III"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

"I swear Jin! I don't know shit about no kidnappings or your sister!" the five foot six man screamed as Jin lifted him off the ground, suspended in mid-air by Jin's clutch on his wrist. The ten foot male's face was not set in his usual mischievous or playful demeanour. For last few days since defeated Jackal, he'd been searching each major city one by one, looking for his sister's abductors. "I know they couldn't have left the city... Whoever they are. I've shutdown the ports with hundreds of my best men. I received reports of a caravan travelling cross the river. Listen to me Smouts, I know that nothing happens in the Black Market without you knowing... I suggest you tell me where my sister is or you'll becoming a cripple." Jin stated in the coldest of tones. As the man's grip tightened, Jin's biceps transformed into that of the Bull's Muscles, the strength transferred into Jin's still human hand, shattering the man's wrist, dropping him to the floor. Screeching out in pain, the clutched his wrist, with a pain so excruciating, he couldn't even passed out. The sound of the man's wrist snapping was similar to ripping apart a chicken wing by it's joints, a crackling noise that all those who'd watch the scene outside of Rainy Diners, clutched their mouths, some covering their eyes at the gruesome sight. "Maybe I should shatter your ankle next?" Jin said, keeping his monotone expression as he stoop down toward's the man's right leg. "Fuck! No! Stop it! I give! It was the fucking Di Luca Family!" Smouts shouted, crawling backwards scratching his bum along the concrete in the process, unable to use his hands to scale the terrain.

Jin's rage began to increase even further, transforming into his full bull form in pure rage, the crowd gawked on in fear as the naturally tall ten foot man grew to around twelve feet. Slamming his hoof into the ground in frustration, the shockwave created by the impact left crater around three diameters in size from the centre of contact. "Di Luca's... They're connected to the Sixth Kingpin. To think... He'd be foolish enough to let this order pass. If this gets back, it'll be a gang war all over again." Jin thought to himself, stewing in his anger. Transforming back into his human form, Jin exhaled a calming breath, "I should be able to get more information on the Di Luca's from Jed." Jin resolved, walking away from the destruction of public property he'd been responsible for. The reality was this, the Di Luca family had been stranded on the island since the kidnap attempt, not accounting the factor of the Prince going missing as well, the country was on complete lockdown. G, familiar with the island, decided to take the kidnapped woman and her disgruntle boss to the only haven for Bandits left on Sandy Isle, Jed's Saloon.

Meanwhile, at the Saloon, Jed was almost finished shaving off all of Jackal's hair from his legs, arms, ears, trimming his hair low, making his half-human traits even more prominent. As the haystack worth of hair clopped onto the ground, Jackal had looked similar to a skinned Jackal. Finishing up with a final snip, Jackal was freed from his seated position, hopping up to stretch, shadow boxing a simple 1-2 combination after being kept idle for so long. The serious mood in the Saloon faded, as the Bandits did what Bandits did best even in the worse of times, drink and be merry. "What a carefree lot." Jackal commented grinning. Laughing at the Mink's statement, "And as of a few hours ago you just became their leader. I guess congratulations are in order Honcho. Your table is almost at twenty-five million in drinks by the way. As their leader, I'm sure you'll be covering the tab?" Jed inquired grinning. Looking over his shoulder, Jackal shot the man the middle finger, "They're the ones eating, leddem pay! Oi! Someone bring me some fish and milk! I'm starving goddmanit!" Jackal shouted. The whole saloon found Jackal's response so hilarious that they broke down into laughter. Over fifty bandits filled the room, all pledging allegiance to the newly found Jackal Bandits. However, the merriment ended as Marco Di Luca, stepped into the room. On his shoulders would be what appeared to be the body of a young woman, bounded and gagged, covered in a white cloth with several holes poked into it's make over his shoulder. At his side, was his gunslinger, G and several other members of his party, totalling around twenty men.

Whistling, "This just got even more messier." Jed exclaimed, rolling into a sigh. "Whose the big nose in the suit?" Jackal asked, loud enough for Di Luca to pick up on his question. "Hey. Doggy. You talkin' to me?" Di Luca asked, changing his glare in Jackal's direction. "I guess you must be hearing through that gigantic nose of your huh grease stain, I was talking about you. Not to you." Jackal iterated with a smirk. Breaking into a laughing sequence, Di Luca silenced himself by reaching at his waist and pulling out a rifle, aiming to fire a shot towards Jackal's direction. With only ten meters separating them, at this range, it wouldn't be hard for Di Luca to open fire either, however, his anger was ceased by G stepping forward to address the room. "That's enough Marco. You've already put us enough shit as is. Do you know who that is?" G informed her boss. "That's the Mink whose been wracking up a bounty on this island... Aside from the Red Head with the Mohawk that boss wants us to recruit, his bounty is up there." G stated. "Ah I remember that ugly mug by the dots around his eyes.... He's that little shit whose part of the Gin Pirates!" Marco shouted condescendingly. "Gin's little lap dog." Marco said slowly and in an irritating manner.

"Shishishi... Formerly." Jackal responded, laughing as a means to quell his anger, jabbing his sharp finger tips into his right thigh, as blood would drip onto the floor. "It seems you know me... but I don't know you." Jackal stated. "My name's Marco Di Luca of the Famous Di Luca Family! I'm here to seek council with Jed. I need an escape route out of this city. No price is too much." Marco shouted. "Eh." Jed exclaimed, propping backwards unamused on the counter of the bar, resting down the scissors and shaver he'd been using to trim the Mink. "I don't need money from a snot nose boy who still lives in his Father's Image. Send my utmost respect to Di Luca Senior. I can offer you a drink-" Jed's offer interrupted by the sound of Marco's rifle firing, breaking away from G's grip. The bullet travelled in a swift streamline manner, with enough force to break open a normal human's skull. However, to Jed, the bullet stood suspended in mid-air, almost like buzzing wasp. With a simple nod, Jed would tip his head to the side, avoiding the shot, as the bullet broken one of his finest bottle of Bourbon. Looking over his shoulder to inspect the damages, Jed was about to settle this with his own 'will' but Jackal's own stepped forward. "Five Seconds." Jackal stated. "Huh?" Marco retorted puzzled as the man's eye-contact was definitely indicating that Jackal was talking to him. "This all will be over in Five Seconds." Jackal said, raising his hand to tell his newly founded men to stand down, extending his devilish grin to it's widest position.

"Act III"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

"Five seconds!?" Marco shouted, scoffing afterwards before bursting into laughter. Aiming rifle towards Jackal's vicinity, the man lined the barrel in synch with the position of the Mink's dome. "At this range I clearly have the advantage punk." Marco thought to himself, clenching his finger against the trigger on the rifle. The sensitivity of Jackal's ears locked onto to the moment that Marco's right index finger began to squeeze against the trigger of the rifle. At that same moment, at speeds far beyond Marco's own comprehension, Jackal had bended his knees, garnering strength for his next motion. Deviating from the barrel's path by fifteen degrees, Jackal advanced forward using his spring like appendages and reflexes to close the distance between himself and Marco in a manner of seconds, lunging forward just short of the ten meter mark. The bullet fired from the rifle broke a bottle of Jed's finest whiskey on the top shelf, but left Jackal unshaved, well by the bullet, his fur was all gone. Anyway, upon arrival directly in front of Marco, Jackal's body began to pulsate a wick discharge of electricity encompassing up to fifteen meters, covering Marco and his men in a spider web type fashion. As the lasso's of lighting shatter the very molecules composed on the flesh of the mafia members, suffering from the effects of electrocution, Marco, G and the grunts within his party fell to their knees wiped out in one fail swoop. The smell of charring flesh and urine released from the initial shockwave filled the ground of the casino, leaving Marco's men motionless.

"Shishishi... I was hoping that'd take longer. I guess my estimation was correct." Jackal stated grinning. "Ho... Before that electrical coat could've only cover his body... Now he's able to extend it outwards in a net like fashion in the form of a dome." Jed thought to himself. "You might've created a monster... Gin." Jed concluded in his thoughts. The Bandits within the bar exclaimed in immense glee, pouring themselves more drinks from the pitchers of ale they'd had scattered across the table. It was in this moment that the remaining strands of fur on Jackal's body began to stand up straight, he could've felt it, the aura that'd once frozen him in his tracks once before was approaching. Exiting the saloon, Jackal would begin to walk towards the door, on which, upon arrival to the exit, he'd look over his shoulder and shout to the other Bandit Kings, "Jin's here." Jackal said, continuing his exit. As the sun glared down in the Sandora Desert, in the distance atop Super Spotted Duck, dressed in lavish silk turbans, was the man known as Jin, towering at almost eight foot in height, aback a slightly larger Spotted Duck, which was around the same size as Jin, chiming in at Seven Foot. Jackal began a slow trot, hiding his eyes from the sun's glare by maintaining a bowed head towards the terrain as he'd close the distance between himself and Jin. Jin would slow down his path, recognising the aura of the now shaved Mink. At about eight meters away, Jin abandoned his partner duck, Kami, using a series of tick like noises to command the duck to retreat several meters backwards at a safe enough distance, which Kami complied to, retreating almost twenty meters.

Emerging from the saloon were the remaining nine Bandit Kings and all of their in total one hundred and fifty men that now stood at least ten meters behind Jackal in the distance. Finally, the two males, the Mink and the Human Zoan Eater met centre field in the middle of the desert, with only six feet separating them. Jin's massive figure overshadowed Jackal, blocking out the sun's glare, allowing Jackal to peer upwards and make eye contact. "It seems you keep standing in my way, Mink." Jin stated crudely, aside from his usually playful antics. "If your looking for your sister, she's in the Saloon over there." Jackal said, pointing his thumb over his shoulder, making direct eye-contact with the terrifying mammoth of a man. "I know. I can sense her aura." Jin stated. "Eh?" Jackal inquired, tilting his head to aside in confusion. "Aura? What's that? Never-mind, if I told you I just rescued her from her attackers, would that convince you to surrender to me?" Jackal inquiring, full well knowing the answer to the question. "As truthful as your words might be, I can't let you escape now Jackal. Treason against a Prince is a serious crime. This would be the second terrorist incident involving you and a Noble. Once in the capital and again in Rainbase. I'm afraid I can't let you leave her alive." Jin stated, extending his hands as if he was going for a hugging gesture, but ending the motion of his arms about eight inches from his waist on each side.

"That's the same fighting stance last time I tried to escape." Jackal thought. Grinning, Jackal would take a deep breath inhaling and then expanding his lungs outwards in a calming exhale to relax his muscles. "Is that your martial art's stance?" Jackal asked, before raising his fists to a little under his jaw, assuming what would mirror that of a Kick Boxer's Stance. "Ah. This? I learnt to fight from a man who used a similar stance." Jin exclaimed, releasing a slight pressure that caused Jackal to inch backwards, even if it was only by a slight centimetre. "I see. My Willpower bothers you? Your doing well to resist it to be honest. Maybe I'll give your friends behind you a taste. After I kick your ass that is." Jin responded arrogantly. "Last time the heat from my fur was hinder my movements. I plan to go all out. Bet on it." Jackal said, shuffling the weight between his feet. Suddenly, a gust of wind ushered past both men, shuffling hair atop both their heads. In that moment, Jackal began to emit an electrical dome around his body alone which expanding outwards in circular fashion, growing at Non-Priority Speed. With Jin's Kenbunshoku Haki in effect, the man would simply lunge backwards using a series of skips, three in total. After the first skip's landing, the electrical dome had force him back three meters, during this retreat, Jin would suctioning air into his lungs at an extraordinary rate and inhumane capacity. After the second skip, he'd retreated ten meters and with the final skip, he'd advanced fifteen meters, and a few inches.

"Tch." Jackal stated, panting unable to maintain the dome pass a certain point. As soon as the National Hero landed after his final skip, changing his mind from retreating any further after noticing the Mink's range, Jin began to push out the air he'd been accumulating his lungs. The wind pushed outwards in a wicked gust, blowing up sand in Jackal's immediate peripheral view. Shortening the dome's length to around three meters in all directions around him, Jackal would close his eyes and try to rely on his ears to locate Jin's placement in the now makeshift sandstorm. "You fight too safe!" Jin shouted, lunging towards Jackal as soon as the gust of wind settled, transforming his legs into that of a bull's hoof, pushing off the ground with immense force. As Jin closed in, the momentum of his step in gave him enough strength to extend his bull hoofed hand toward's Jackal's mid-section, regardless of being eventually paralysed by his dome's electrical properties. As Jin's arm shifted downwards to make contact, achieving the destination of stride, a devilish grin would maintain calm on Jackal's face. Jackal would listen to the breathing of the man once he'd been inches away, mirroring his hearing to his rhythmic breathing. Open his eyes to obtain the exact position of Jin, he'd be about three feet away from Jackal, well in striking distance due to his long limbs. Seeing as the electrical field only managed to stun the man for nothing more than a split second, Jackal used that to his advantage. Shifting his body three inches to left in a quick side-step, Jackal cancelled his electrical dome, allowing Jin's arm to float directly underneath his armpit. Locking the man's elbow joint into place with his right hand, Jackal would take time to inspect the man's arm, maintaining his hold.

"Shishi... I knew it. Your a Devil Fruit user?" Jackal said with pride. Along with the cheeky remark, Jackal had commence his counter attack, bending his knees, the Mink would advance sky-bound with tremendous force, catching the man off-guard. After managing to lift them both off the ground eight feet, pushing himself a few feet above to negate the height advantage, Jackal's grip loosened in the final moments of hang time, in one fatal strike, Jackal raked his electrically charge claws against the man's right-eye, before pressing his appendages against his chest-cage, bouncing off the man like a ricochet. Transforming into his full bull form, Jin's thick fat crashed into the sand, absorbing the impact of the fall. Jackal simply controlled the force of his push off, and landed into the sand. "I gotcha didn't I!?" Jackal exclaimed, laughing hysterically on the ground, as the hot bed of sand scorched his shaven flesh. "Back at the palace... It was my first time seeing your strength and speed up front. I was devastated. Letting another human dominate me again... I'd rather run first." Jackal stated, his playful tone changing to that of serious one. "But after losing to you... I decided. I won't let my phobia of humans ever make me hesitate again. In a battle of brute strength, hands down you win. I realised playing that shitty fight back over in my head for those days I was imprisoned. When it comes to speed and tactics, I had leverage hands down." Jackal concluded, front flipping into a standing stance, about one meter away from Jin. Putting up his middle finger to Jin, "Guess what? My paws are much more equipped to manoeuvre in this sand too. Meaning the only wild card is our techniques. Which will win, my Electro or Transformations!?" Jackal exclaimed, chuckling.

"Act III"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

Regaining his stance now in his full Bull Form, Jin resembled more of a minotaur than a Bull now. "To believe you'd make me resort to this..." Jin exclaimed with a slight happiness to his tone. Clasping his hoofs together in a seeming praying stance, Jin would suction in wind into his lungs once again. Watching the movement of the man's lungs, Jackal retreated backwards with an acrobatic lung about four meters, creating space between himself and Jin. Crossing his hands in front of him in an 'X' shape manner, he'd watch to block the gust of wind with his arms, allowing it's weight to carry him further across the Sandy Terrain. However, when Jin exhaled this time, the wind which gushed from his lungs expanded in a flurry of flames. "You've got to be shitting me... Fucking Fire Breathing!" Jackal exclaimed, as the flames expanded outwards at Non-Prioritised Speeds. As soon as Jackal's first backward leap hand concluded, once the man's right hind leg touched the ground, the flames had already reached the three meter mark. Leaping backwards again, this time burning his left foot under heat of the flames, Jackal had safely retreated eight meters outside of the flames diametric scope. The charred sand glazed over into a sheet of sand, with black smog leaking from Jin's mouth. "Djinn's Art. With it, I can use a principle known as Life Return to regulate the space of my lungs combined with the gasoline I keep idle within my stomach's walls from the fire breathing aspect of this skill. I can switch between 'Wind Wish' and 'Flame Wish' for various scales of reach." Jin explained. Wincing slightly, Jackal's left foot hand received minor burns, nothing to slow down Jackal in the short term, but in a long term fight and untreated, it could prove tedious.

"I can't rely on my combustion abilities... or whatever." Jackal thought. "I'll have to defeat him with Electro... Anything I haven't practice would just slow me down in the long run." Jackal concluded in his thoughts. Pressing off the ground, Jin leaped towards Jackal, this time, a bit slower due to his bulkier build in his full-zoan form, but what Jin now lacked in speed, he made up for in reach and height, sending a flurry of hoof shots towards Jackal's body, which he'd manage to avoid by make small compact sways from left to right, avoiding the hoof's contact point at the last moment. However, subtle movements like this take immense concentration and the speed to correspond to the correct course of action. Messing up his footing, nursing his burned left leg, Jin landed a clean hit on Jackal's body, directly towards his abdomen. The sound of Jackal's ribcage being slightly fractured could've been heard, as the bruising that was beginning to form on his stomach would show the tell signs, yet, Jackal would continue dodging blows at this range, trying to avoid any further sustained damage of the moderate variety, or even worse something Major he couldn't just shrug off. However, Jackal's first ploy was beginning to take effect, Jin's attacks were missing the mark all of a sudden or somewhat easy to avoid in some instances. Blood from the wound across his right eye had made seeing incredibly difficult, to the point he'd lost sight in his right eye. If he'd be able to remain focused, his Kenbunshoku would make up for the lost of sight, but the scene in the distance placed fear into the man's heart.

It was the sight of Annabella being propped up by the Bandit King, or former King, Jaguar with a rifle to her forehead. "We got you covered boss! Took the fucker long enough to notice!"Jaguar shouted, twisting the barrel's mouth into the woman's forehead. Annoyed by her weakness, Annabella wish she'd had enough nourishment to fight off these Bandits, which she could've with her skill but in her current state, she'd just be too fragile to fight. "I see. This is how you want to win your fights... Jackal?" Jin said, with an incredibly pissed look on his face. "Oi!" Jackal shouted. "Put the girl down Jaguar!" Jackal commanded. Shocked by his new 'leaders' request, Jaguar simply spat onto the ground in front of him, as a gesture of disrespect. "Now that you's two are thumping on each other... Don't you think it'd be prime time we killed two birds with one stone!?" Jaguar shouted, trying to rally the other Bandit Kings. "Or do you want to spend the rest of your days subjugated to a fucking Dog-Man!?" Jaguar shouted.

"Act III"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

A tense air filled the space between Jin and Jackal. Due to avoiding Jin's attacks, the men's position was roughly five meters away from the Bandit King's at this point. Meaning most of the conversations would involve shouting, when involving the disgruntle Jaguar. "Jaguar. This isn't funny. Release the woman." Jackal stated. "Huh!? This is what I don't get about you... Taking out Barron and Regal... and your getting all pissy over a little Noble Bitch!" Regal shouted in anger. "You wanted to be our leader... Like I said, I'll follow you but I'll do my own thing. Oi Jin! Move and I'll fucking blow her brains out!" Jaguar shouted. "That's unfortunate... Regal. You could've been so useful." Jackal thought. A serious expression overcame Jackal's face, turning towards the Bandit Kings, "15,000,000 Million to the first person to end Jaguar's life. If I can't beat Jin fairly, then there's no point in any of this!" Jackal shouted. "What was that you Dog-" Jaguar's shouted was ceased by the spear that now penetrated his chest-cage. Dropping the rifle, the man's grip on the woman was loosened and Annabella managed to break away from the man's hold. Removing her spear from the man's body, Lana launched another spear shot through the man's head. Turning towards Lana, "Bitch." Jaguar said, loosing the force in his speech to shout. "I've been waiting to do that since I first met you, pig." Lana exclaimed. Jaguar's men who'd pledge an oath to the Bandit's way of life, started to revolt, breaking into conflict's with Lana's female pirate faction. Essentially, a war between the Bandit Factions commenced, those who sided with Jackal and those who found truth in Jaguar's words.

"Humans are disgusting as always." Jackal said grinning. "And who was the one who fuelled their ugliness, was it not your words?" Jin inquired, as his Sister began to run towards his direction. Dashing away from Jackal, Jin jumped to his sister position, covering her body with his own, before attempting to escape from the heart of the conflict. After retreating from the conflict, Jin would put his Sister down at the former location of his and Jackal's stare-down. One after the other, the Bandit Kings began to slay each other, leaving disgruntle subordinates behind with no leader to follow any longer. Morality slipped more and more, as those Bandit Kings who did survive, now faced a situation where they needed to quell the anger of those survivors who'd no longer have a leader. "It's you... Your the Mink from the train station... Your the leader of those lot?" Annabella asked. "Unfortunately." Jackal responded. "Or at least what'll be left of them." Jackal said coldly. Annabella's face began to puff up in frustration, "What kind of leader watches as his men slaughter each other!?" Annabella shouted. "Silly Lesser Mink." Jackal said, sticking out his tongue in Annabella's direction. "Your looking at this as just a simple checkers game. I'm playing Shogi here." Jackal concluded. Reaching into his top, she'd remove a pair of batons, spinning them in her hand, she'd look at Jin. "We'll take him out together brother! I won't let him get away with his total disregard for human life!" Annabella shouted.

"I guess Mink's dislike humans greatly... or maybe... It's just Jackal. Checkers over Shogi huh?" Jin thought to himself. Coating her batons in Busoshoku Haki, Annabella dashed inward with great pace. However, her movements weren't as sharp as Jin's own. Jin's body began to bulk up tremendously, placing his feet into the sand, now standing four legs, Jin began to kick up sand, preparing for what appeared to be a charge. However unlike a Bull Fighter's Red Cape to guide the bull's force, Jin's point of target was Jackal. "It was hard enough fighting one of them... Now all two. Give me a break." Jackal thought. "Who do I focus on Jin or Annabella..." Jackal thought. "Alright." Jackal concluded in thought, turning his attention to Annabella. Once within striking range, the woman extended out her blackened twenty-inch baton towards Jackal's ankle. It was in this moment, a peculiar image came into Jackal's mind. Though he'd been focused on dodging Annabella's attack, the image of Jin's path popped into his head. He'd taken off from his former point, circling around Jackal 180 degrees, before B-Lining towards the man. It'd be impossible to hear his footsteps in the sand, so Jackal knew for sure it wasn't his ears. His nose was flooded with the smell of blood and gun smoke from the Bandit's conflict in the distance, and it definitely wasn't taste or touch. It was as if he'd been looking down on the desert with a bird eye's view, each player within fifteen meter radius of him being placed perfectly within his view. A Sixth Sense came into play, and everything seemed to becoming to him in relative timing.

Jumping three feet off the ground, Jackal would avoid the woman's initial strike, using his right hand to intercept the follow up strike she had planned with her left baton, which Jackal read from the immense detail he could now examine about her body's placement and more so, movement. Wrapping his hand around the woman's wrist, he'd disburse a quick charge of Electro, causing her to drop her left baton, still in motion from the swing of the right. Keeping his hand around the woman's wrist, Jackal would toss her three feet to his flank. Turning 180 degrees to the left, remaining in his same position, he'd turn to face Jin, who was only one meter away from his charge. He'd know his Electro Net wouldn't be enough to stop Jin, he'd need a more compact blow. Fading away Jin's right with a side step, Jackal moved eight inches out his scope, grabbing onto his right horn, swinging to mount on Jin's back. Jamming his nails into Jin's shortened neck, Jackal discharged an electrical blast into Jin's muscles, causing him to revert back to his human form. Falling to the floor, Jin's body was paralysed from the neck down, due to the electrical charge penetrating into his neck's spinal chord. "I win." Jackal stated panting, falling onto the dessert's sandy bed, with a wide grin on his face. "I can't believe I lost." Jin said, his body frozen from the electricity flowing through his veins. "Your movements were almost like blurs to me. Even with my Mantra I couldn't keep up." Jin stated. "Mantra?" Jackal asked, overheating from the sun at this point, sticking out his tongue much like a dog would. "It's the ability to follow 'auras' or people's life energy using a kind of Sixth Sense. It's almost like having a very keen imagery of everything around you, not just your immediate eye-sight. However, it looses effectiveness the less calm you are." Jin concluded, trying once again for his lower-body to move but with no response. "Ah... That's what that was in my head... Mantra?" Jackal thought. "Us Blue Dwellers, as my master would say, call it Haki. They are other types so they say... but I'm not as blessed to possess them." Jin stated.

"Act IV"

It's the thrill in the end. In that moment when something stolen becomes mine or is it? That's the bliss I desire.

In the distance, Jackal could now use his Kenbunshoku Haki to sense the mass fading of auras between the Bandit Kings, but his nose could also notice the increase of blood and gun-smoke in the air among them. Stumbling to a standing position, Jackal grabbed Jin by his collar, dragging him through the sand, face up towards the sky, before arriving at the heart of the humans scuffle, the force of one hundred and fifty had depleted to little under fifty men and women, well, at least those with life left in their chest. "That's enough!" Jackal shouted. The man's piercing screech brought an end to the scuffles among the neighbouring parties, as they'd all turn their attention to Jackal. "If I knew there was so much ill will between you's guys I would've ruled out this ridiculous attempt to unite you all!" Jackal shouted frustrated. "I hate pointless killing! Whether among Lesser Minks or My Kind!" Jackal continued, panting now, exhausted from his fight with Jin. "Common Bandits steal with no remorse. Great Bandits steal while understanding the cost of each life. On both sides of the spectrum. I want to be the greatest Bandit. All of the loot, with minimal amount of blood on my hands!" Jackal exclaimed. "That's impossible." Lana responded. "A child's dream." Ur, the youngest of the Bandits stated. "Unrealistic even." Newport, the last of the Bandit Kings who lived chimed in. "Those with lack of imagination for it won't see it. I won't ask you too. Let me show you. Casualties will happen on our raids, on both sides. I'm not living in a perfectionist mentality. However, I'll make sure my plans are foolproof with the utmost logic. Give me a chance to be your King! Disarm your weapons. From now on, your all my men." Jackal concluded. Lana coughed, clearing her throat, with her band of women bandits behind her. "And women!" Jackal added.

Dropping their weapons one by one, the Bandits fell to their knees, overwhelmed from the stamina wasted in the bloodshed. "Shishishi... Now I need to figure out... How to make this all work out?" Jackal murmured to himself. In the distance, Annabella had woken up from nicking her head as a result of Jackal's throw. Arriving at the position of the Bandit King, Annabella gave one last dash towards the Mink King, attempt to slam a Busoshoku Coated Baton against the Mink's jaw. The bandits saw the woman approaching, raising their arms towards Jin's Sister, only to silenced by Jackal his hand in a hand gesture for a halt. Extending his left hand outwards, Jackal fired off his electrical dome in the form of a net, six meters towards the woman's direction, leaving her hoisted and neutralised. As the jolts of electricity fired her circuit, the men behind Jackal shouted out in a loud cheer. Bending over and whispering in Jin's ear, "Sorry.", Jackal would proceed to sit on the National Hero's back, using his body as a seat. In the last moments of her struggles to stay awake, she'd glare at Jackal with the most hateful of eyes. He'd remember the look on her face, it was the same look Jackal would give his captives daily but it was different, it was a glare not only for herself but she'd constantly dip her gaze to check on her brother's face, worried about his condition.

"Rest easy. Annabella was it? I have no intentions of killing you or your brother. Quite the opposite actually. Your better alive than dead to me." Jackal said grinning.

"I'll have a doctor friend of mine patch you lot up." Jackal stated, looking at Annabella and Jin, then glaring over to his Bandit Mates. "Don't push it too far Mink." Jin said, struggling to move in the sand, only having movement in his face.

"Relax. She'll be fine. I just shocked her enough to make her pass out from shock. Like I said, I honestly need you two alive." Jackal stated once more grinning even wider. "Ransom? From alleged kidnapper to feeding the stereotype. Canny of you." Jin responded.

"Sucks for you that the Crown sees us both as disposable. Two Princes are dead. You've united the Bandits. Who do you think is target number one for the marines and the Crown?" Jin inquired smiling. "Ransom!? You two!? You must really see me as some second rate bandit huh?" Jackal said, beginning to laugh feverishly.

"Salada Khan. That's the name of your master right? Whose all buddy with the Sixth Kingpin in this place called Baltigo, am I correct?" Jackal inquired. Jin's expression changed, and his whole body began to shake in fear.

"K-Kid. I don't know what your thinking about... but messing with those Kingpins is bad news. Yes, Salada trained me at one point but he's the bottom of the barrel when it comes to getting anything out of the Sixth. Besides, Blackmailing... or even worse demanding a Kingpin to pay ransom is career suicide. Only a handful of people have ever pissed off the Kingpins and lived to tell the tale." Jin said nervously.

"Shishishi... Your just making me more and more interested. It's not specifically the Sixth i'm interested in." Jackal concluded grinning. "Before you arrived... I knew I heard the name Baltigo... some-where before. Especially the name 'Kingpin'. They weren't foreign jargon to me. This whole fight... before during the meeting... I was trying to scope through the shit storm that is my memory and find out... Where did I hear those terms before?" Jackal continued.

"Then it dawned on me... 'Baltigo', 'Kingpin' and 'Underworld'... I'd repressed the idea and memory from my head so long now... It was ludicrous to ever think about it back then. I was stamped and traded on Baltigo as a young mink. I believe we were being 'cared' for by a Kingpin. Then sold on Drum. This whole time, I was robbing pirates just to kill time. Imagine thinking that slavery was your only means of living? Fucked up ain't it!?" Jackal exclaimed.

"I say all of this to say... I finally have a purpose for being a pirate now. While I think about a long term goal... I'm going to clear Baltigo dry of every last corrupt dollar that passes through it! Find out which one of those fuckers sold me off in Drum. Drop their heart into the sea." Jackal stated coldly. "And it's all thanks to you Jin... Now I no longer fear being hit by humans... contrary, I think you Lesser Minks are amazing creatures." Jackal said, as his hand only slightly trembled now, knowing he'd been sitting on a human was usually enough for his mind to trigger an automatic 'GET OUT' signal physically, but this time, it was more like a gentle internal reminder to be safe. Maybe it was because his Kenbunshoku let him sense the most subtle of details? Or maybe it was because he'd grown fond of Jin? One things for sure, Jackal had found yet another goal towards being a pirate. The Famed Bandit Pirate at that, and thus on this day, at Jed's Saloon, Jackal had the remainder of his bandits spread the news throughout the towns, the Twelve Bandit Kings were no more, within days, the whole of Alabasta and the Sandy Isle would know of Jackal, The Bandit King of Alabasta.

Within the heart of Rainbase, a grunt ran feverishly towards his master's hideout. With a variety of symbols and artefacts hanging from the wall's of the mahogany crafted home, the grunt burst into the his master's room screaming.

"Simon! Big News! The Twelve Bandit Kings have disbanded! They've all defected under a new leader! He's a Minksman by the name of Jackal!" the grunt shouted. Another grunt shouted, "What's that gotta do with boss, punk!?"

"Aside from boss... He has the second biggest force on Sandy!" the grunt shouted.

Exit.
