Description: In Nill District, Mashyuu and Dai reunite and converse about how Dai is holding up when the pair (Along with Sky) over hear some dock hands talking about a local gang called "The Hopeless Ones" and learn the gang has been pushing their weight along the docks and forcing the local Dock Master to pay them protection money or burn down the docks. (Or at least attempt to.) The Raiders decide to strike a deal with the Dock Master to pay them one time and in exchange they will take care of the Hopeless Ones and make sure they never hamper Nill District again.

Summary: Aside from Dai scuttling through his opponent, it was a pretty interesting thread to see where the Phantom Raider's are at now at this point. Nice little crew raid and including the NPC in the action was nice. I really like Sky's character, fun to read and yet the issue with her wings is a re-occurring plotline.
