It wasn't routine but it was what needed to be done, the marines had a special case that they needed to address on the isles of Drum. There was a particular person they sought today and the abilities this person featured were unique to herself, they referred to her by the code name she was given in the last report on the Revolutionary Army, "Miss Shine". Like most Revolutionaries Miss Shine kept a low profile to the point she wasn't even identifiable to those who were apprehending her today. "We're sending in a commodore, we can't take the chance of her killing anymore of our Ensigns and lieutenants." said one marine at the docking headquarters. "And a commodore is much better "This kid better be exceptional or he'll meet the fate the others have." said another marine as both weren't sure what would happen out there, but one thing was certain.. Asher Kringle wasn't just anybody. The snow fell lightly as guards had the perimeter locked down, just in case Miss Shine escaped and her coordinates needed to be shared with her opponent for the day. Usually the easiest way to catch a Revolutionary was to raid their islands but today was a bit differenet, the World Government lost 15 men and that was due to the bait being set for Miss Shine.

See she was famous for her raids, so a hypothetical temporary base of operations was listed as being online in the forest, Because of this ruse Miss Shine took the bait and arrived to find not a single bit of technology or revenue was present for her to steal, her squadron killed and her exit blocked off by the Marines at the shore, her only course of action was to fight her way out the forest. So far she was doing well and her opponent was definitely going to respect her ability. A blade, a regular basic katana was in its hilt on the left side of Asher's hip, his black trench coat was buttoned up and his white gloves were being put on as he approached the beautiful forest. "It's sad a place like this is going to be reduced to rubble." joked Asher as he pulled his right glove down to make sure it was on tightly. Reaching the perimeter, the soldier in front of him saluted Asher which caused the Commodore to smirk, "At ease soldier, what's the situation." asked Asher who was staring into the coldness of the forest. "Yes Sir! "Miss Shine" Tiana Awashu took the bait on the plan you had initiated and found herself locked in the forest. The perimeter is guarded for a radius of 300 meters. Once you're in we're sealing it off until you emerge Sir." spoke the soldier, Asher smiled before he patted the young ensign on the shoulder, "Very well." said Asher as he walked into the coldness.



"Remember Jolly Kringle? The Vice Admiral?" asked the commander on his ship. "White hair? Scary strong? yea what about him." the commander moved a checkers piece before he smiled "The kid I sent in for Shine is his son." the checker pieces stopped and the commander started laughing watching the reaction of his friend while he processed what he heard.


Meanwhile in the forest Asher had started walking passed corpse that looked sparkly clean yet dead. It was an oddity, they looked as if they were sparkling but they were very dead, with each passing tree he made it by he saw one arine posted up as if he had just left a gallery. Something was off about this woman, could it be a devil fruit ability? Asher wasn't going to give her the chance to display her abilities in full against him. It wasn't until he was 45 meters into the forest that Asher started to see the woman that was causing this headache for his superiors. "Are you my next victim?" asked Shine but Asher simply sighed before using his right hand bringing it towards his lfet and downwards removing his blade from his hilt. "This isn't going to go as smoothly as you think love." said Asher towards the woman who was 7 meters in front of him.

Blade now in hand Asher wouldn't attack as he didn't know the full extent of his opponent's ability but he would have to gather intel throughout the course of battle. How he was going to do that was simple.. play defense have her reveal what she could do and hopefully just hopefully she was dumb enough to let her guard down. "You look different from the rest, you look more.. focused and prepared" said Shine towards Asher but he wouldn't engage her banter, he knew she was trying to distract him as a means of finding an opening. Charging the woman Asher would swing horizontally towards the woman but she put her forearms up and blocked the attack causing Asher's strike to essentially slide off of her. Her was confused as to how his strike simply slid off of the woman, it confused him that she could do that. "What exactly is your devil fruit ability?" said Asher towards Miss Shine. She smirked "You land a hit on me and I'll tell you." she said to Asher which caused him to smirk.

It had been about an hour since Asher came in the forest and he was still playing cat and mouse with both Asher and Tiana, she knew what she was doing keeping the center of the forest to herself, it meant Asher couldn't push her back and force her closer to the borders. "You're not getting tired, that's interesting. Even I'm near my second wind but you yourself is still calm." said Tiana to Asher who still had the same amount of distance as previously mentioned. Asher knew she was just making conversation and usually didn't get goaded in but today he was willing to make a pass. "I'm usually just as tired as you, but I'm not exerting myself not nearly as much as you." spoke Asher as calm as he could. His words were true, he wasn't using a devil fruit ability to fight but this woman was and he had a hard time with that. She was literally slipping off of Asher's sword making it impossible for him to make contact with her. "I've got to figure something out fast, it's getting colder by the minute and at this rate I'll die out here." thought Asher.

Running his sword forward Asher clashed with the forearms of Tiana again and once more his blade slid right off "On time" he would say before he bought the blade right back around and slashed against the her abdomen and the slick slice had landed causing a large amount of blood to spill out from the wound. Screaming out in pain Asher took this opportunity to jump back several times until he was about 12 meters back from Tiana. She was going crazy as she started going ballistic she let out a scream before a swarm of bubbles began to leave her body and fill up the area. Asher was slicing at the bubbles as fast as he could but they kept coming at an alarming rate,eventually the trees and ground changed a bit, the snow faded some and the aura of the area was different.. it smelled like soap and everything was far more sleek and curveless. Asher dropped his sword and tried to grab it but he couldn't he was trying to understand why but he looked at his hand noticing that he was shaped differently just like the trees he was looking at. "The hell happened." asked Asher who tried to run but couldn't keep his balance resulting in him walking to his destination. Behind the tree Asher stood before Tiana started talking "A deal is a deal. I have the Awa Awa No Mi, it grants it's user with the ability to clean things with soap, and luckily for me.. you sir are very dirty." and it was then Asher slipped from behind the tree he was standing behind leaving him exposed to the mercy of Tiana because his body was too slippery to stand up.

A kick to the midsection from Tiana to Asher sent the marine flying into another tree, he figured since she essentially "cleaned" him his weight was lighter also, using the dry tree as a means of standing Asher would start to notice his hands coming back to regular form, the soap could come off if Asher found a way to dirty himself up a bit, he figured that portion of it out. Walking over to the soap bitch once more she started unleashing a barrage on Asher that saw him slide against the ground from impact effectively removing the soap from his body returning him to normal. "Oh you're smart, you figured out how the basic functions work for my fruit. Not many have figured it out, hopefully you'll have a chance to meet the others." said Tiana while circling Asher who was beginning to stand. "Oh, where are they?" said a smiling Asher "Dead." said Tiana before she charged Asher with her daggers in hand, 4 inches long a piece and that wasn't including their handles. An occasional bubble would be released but Asher did well to avoid those during his parries. This woman was actually quite skilled on the battlefield and that surprised Asher a little bit.

Blocking her double horizontal strikes Asher would kick the woman in her wound sending her flying backwards dripping blood from her chest. Asher knew exactly what he was doing now, it was clear this woman wasn't very emotionally stable so hopefully by provoking her through pain he would break her down. it was then a slew of bubbles would be released and filled up the area, once more Asher hid behind a tree but that was only after realizing that these bubbles weren't like the last ones that he had encountered. These bubbles lacked the property to turn Asher into a clean bar himself like the previous ones. Asher would notice how thick of a field these bubbles created as if they weren't meant to navigate through, but through the left hand side Asher saw Tiana attacking him mauling him with er blades slicing against his left arm, ripping his jacket and getting a good lick into his skin. Stepping back Asher grabbed his arm as Tiana faded away. "I can see through these bubbles white hair, anything you do.. I'll see it!" she said which made Asher snicker.

Throwing up his left hand Asher threw the middle finger towards the woman. "See that" he would say before backing into the bubbles even further, he was hopefully creating distance but this woman had mastered her devil fruit which was causing a bit of a mess for Asher to properly defend against her. He began to look at the trees and noticed all the snow sticking to the top, it was that moment Asher figured out how he was going to counter her abilities. Once Tiana lunged at Asher from the right he dodged the attack kicking her away before banging his body into the tree causing the snow to fall in his direction bursting the bubbles. Asher would continue to bump into trees until he realized the bubbles were completely gone, he smiled in solace while Tiana threw a fit, it was this moment that Asher would take his blade coming from behind the tree and run towards a non focused Tiana slicing against her left Achilles downing her, he'd take his blade and run it against her cut before knocking her down. A loud whistle from Asher alarmed the marines that this battle was indeed over. when the handcuffs were placed on Tiana Asher had decided it was time to make his leave. "Excellent work here Commodore Kringle." said one of the soldiers but he was given the cold shoulder by Asher, this woman nearly killed him but luckily he wa smarter than the average Revolutionary.
